We had some issues with 2 tours that we booked through Ride the Wave and Jim was fast to respond and assist. One of the tours we ended up having to cancel due to scheduling issues. I reached out to Jim to let him know and he worked on getting the refund process started right away and I received a confirmation email from the tour vendor the same day. We're now just waiting for it to get credited back to our card. The peace of mind of our trip being taken care of by professionals is invaluable. I can't recommend enough going through a travel agency for big trips because you just never know what could happen. Ride the Wave is as good as they come and I'm looking forward to using their services again for our next big trip!

Clearly if you have something in writing from the travel agent in another country it means nothing to them telling me she is not good for her word and she has no pull in the market. The wedding was fantastic but the lack of communication and responsiveness was downright shameful. How do you leave the country and have no coverage after take thousands of dollars from someone? I am very worried for anyone who would ever consider spending money with Quintess Travels. Use Expedia before giving a cut to a proprietor who has lost all connection with reality and does not make herself available. We had lunch on the Navajo Reservation, the Navajo Taco is great and enough for at least two. When we arrived at the Grand Canyon, Mike took us to great locations that avoided the mass crowds. He took pics and even helped us setup some pictures. He took time to show us points of interest and give a brief history; some stories and legends. The only complaint I can give is that the seat belts in the van are uncomfortable and don't seem to release well. Otherwise, this was well worth it and highly recommended.

We drove to the meeting location in a plaza where we were greeted and encouraged to use the restroom as the trip would be about 2 hours long. - we were able to get one jeep for a family of 4. -for children in car seats, they will require you to bring your own car seat to install onto the jeep. -you will drive about 30 mins to the Sonoran desert. -cruise and then photo opportunities once you get to the top. That takes about 45 mins and you'll be able to get out of the jeep to take pictures. Water is also provided as a courtesy. The kids had a great time.
