Attending anthem coffee since it first opened and took over ebb and flow. I love their coffee, tea, smoothie bowls, pastries everything is absolutely phenomenal. They even have the Joe app so if you're in a rush, you place your order pick it up and run out much faster than Dutch Brothers, Starbucks or any of the chains in the surrounding area.

I've been hunting all over the west valley for the best dirty chai. This is BY FAR the best hot dirty chai I've had so far! The foam on the top of the chai was beautifully crafted micro foam and I got the mixed combination of sweet and spicy! Perfectly sweet with a hint of spice at the end. I will definitely be back for more. Slightly disappointed that you're paying almost 10$ for a turkey pesto sandwich that's smaller than the size of my palm. There's hardly any turkey or cheese on it. You might as well buy the entire sourdough loaf in the front for 10$ and make it at home. The açaí bowl we tried is the best I've EVER tried! So flavorful. I love the atmosphere and the inviting customer service. Great baristas!

Love the espresso here. Me and my friends stop by every morning after a hike. Love that their white mocha is powder, super tasty. Drinks can be on the sweeter side. Love the open seating!

We took an early morning trip to Verrado and worked up a sweat at the 340 steps in the middle of Saguaro country. On our way back, we wandered into town looking for a coffee place to grab a quick bite. We saw a good amount of commotion in this area and that was our first sign that we had stumbled on what we were searching for. This place has many breakfast goodies, and I settled for an Acai Bowl. This was a good choice since I had just come back from a good work out and wanted to eat something that would not result in feeling guilty for the hard work going up those never-ending steps. The bowl was fresh, and the toasted coconut added a good touch. I ordered 2 shots of espresso w/ raw sugar and a splash of half & half, on ice to wash this down. They do have many espresso options as well. I highly recommend visiting Verrado, early in the morning before it gets too hot, if you are near the Phoenix area. Add Anthem Coffee as your stop as a reward for your hard work and avoid the generic corporate coffee shops that litter this area.

Anthem coffee is VERY underwhelming. Service I give a 0, they didn't seem like they were working as a team but more as individuals trying to get through their work day. The price is definitely cheaper than other coffee shops but unfortunately I'd rather keep going to Starbucks instead of supporting this small business. The ambiance in general just seemed catered to a specific type of person. Used to be Ebb and flow which was a better spot overall, hands down. New owner should really reevaluate what it takes to run a coffee shop in such a great area, there's definitely a big opportunity being missed here.

Really good pastries and nosh but the coffee is where it's at, they make everything from a great cup of basic coffee to a fancy latte or cappuccino. Smoothies are great too. I wish they offered decaf cold brew for the days I want the flavor without the caffeine. All the staff is super friendly and service is quick! Definitely a weekly stop for my family! read more

I'm visiting the area and stopped at Ebb + Flow a few times. I've had beverages both hot and cold. The beverages are made well. I had the açaí bowl the other days and it was alright. The açaí was a little watery, there wasn't enough fruit or granola. I would recommend adding some different ingredients to make the açaí bowls better. read more

My wife and I use to always go to Press Coffee in Phoenix but since we live in the West Valley it became cumbersome to drive so far. We really enjoy our weekend outings and getting a high-quality cup of coffee as we usually just drink regular coffee at home during the week. We are so happy to have found this place so nearby our house that we now go there every Saturday morning. I really love the cold brews with no cream and my wife really enjoys their chai tea lattes with oatmilk. I give this place five stars, the only thing I wish they had was some sort of rewards card where if you buy 10 drinks you get the next one free or something Of the sorts since we are here so often. Otherwise best place to get a great cup of coffee. read more

We LOVE that there is so many vegan options here. It's hard to find that a lot of the time. The vegan cinnamon rolls are AMAZING, really. Even if you're not vegan, try them. You won't regret it. The smoothie bowls and smoothies are great however the price points are a bit high, in my opinion. But, having someone else make it for you and supporting local businesses is totally worth it and makes up for the price points. The decor is adorable and super modern in style. I love the setting and it's in a perfect spot, downtown verrado. The staff is always friendly and smiling when we go in and everything, including the bathrooms are always cleaned well. We would love to see some vegan and gluten free options in the future! read more

In town visiting my niece and wanted to get my new favorite drink: iced double dirty soy chai. Both women working were relaxed and happy to answer my questions and engage in friendly chitchat, offered us samples of the nitro coffee (good stuff!) and then gave me a lovely iced double dirty soy chai. It's a gingery chai, not too sweet, and the flavor of the shots really came through beautifully. Highly recommend! read more

Ordered the Lavender Honey Latte. Very delish! Husband had an Iced Caramel Latte and enjoyed it. My son ordered a Chocolate Chunk cookie which was so big he could not finish it. The yummiest thing we ordered was a breakfast sandwich- Ham Croissant with Muenster Cheese. Sooooo good! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is stylish and cozy. The coffee is Probably the best in Buckeye but, the real draw here Are the big chocolate chip cookies I think they call them "pudding" chocolate chip cookies. Oh man they are huge, served warm, and the best softest cookie you can get ANYWHERE. They also serve a cheap breakfast sandwich and bagels that are pretty good. Many people bring their dogs and tie them to an area provided with water for them also. It is a great place to grab a coffee and walk your dog nearby at the park.The staff is kind of hit or miss. read more

IF you take your coffee black, you might be satisfied. I grew up on Caribou and Starbucks and this does not compare. Zero sweetness in anything. I gave up on their coffee and tried the hot cocoa- yuck! How do mess up hot chocolate?!? Please add some options for those of us with a semi-sweet tooth. read more

Fantastic food offerings! I'm a loyal Starbucks customer but must say that they have much better food. Some of the baking is locally sourced and it's made with love. Vegan cinnamon rolls, delish! Definitely worth the short Scenic Drive from the I-10! The location is amazing, they really knew how to decorate the store and offer great menu items. From breakfast sandwiches to cold brew coffee fresh baked goodies and alternative coffee drinks ebb and flow seriously figured out how to please a Small Town neighborhood with a big coffee appetite. I've always been disappointed in coffee shops, a lot of places leave a ashy, old, bad taste in my mouth; it's hard to find quality coffee, but I've never been disappointed here. read more

I live in CA but my sister and her family live is AZ, I was searching on yelp for a bakery who specifically made Vintage heart cakes, for my niece's 16th birthday. I found Amber's business through a quick yelp search and was able to quickly see that she creates beautiful desserts including the Vintage heart cake that I wanted to order. I immediately reached out and she let me know she can definitely make this happen, we messaged back and forth for a few days until I locked in my order on 09/07/2023 at 9:15am. I understand that this was short notice because I did need the cake for 09/11/2023 but she guaranteed it would be available and I sent the payment for $125.00. The morning of my sister was able to go to amber's place of residence to pick up the cake, Amber asked my sister if she was happy with the cake and of course my sister said yes because it was a gift from me to her daughter. My sister sent me pictures of the cake and I was not happy with what it looked like. Amber does have a strict policy which I completely understand (I signed the contract). I reached out to Amber and sent her pictures of the cake to show her that it was damaged without any error on our part (cake was picked up). She proceeded to let me know that she became ill on Thursday 09/07/2023 (when I ordered the cake) and she was unable to make/decorate the cake so she had her "assistant who is still learning" make it. She offered a partial refund of $25 and a discount on a future order or my sister could bring back the cake to her place of residence and I could receive a "full refund" minus the 50% retainer. I opted for the $25 refund because my sister lives 30 minutes away and was having a dinner party for my niece. I understood the terms of the contract but was upset that I didn't have an option prior to receiving the cake. If she would have sent me a message prior I would have definitely understood. A part of me feels she took advantage knowing I was in CA and the person picking up the cake was near her. My sister ending up taking the cake to Fry's so they can write "Virgo szn"on top of the cake and fix the frosting on the side of the cake. I will be attaching pictures of the cake+the inspo I sent+screenshots of our conversation.

After discovering all the different breads they had we decided to take one home with us- jalapeño cheddar and boy was it fabulous! We used it for a grilled cheese one night and turkey sandwich another! The prices here are fair. There is seating if you want to eat there. They also serve coffee/drinks and sourdough pizza but we didn't try any of that. It just gives us an excuse to come back! Customer service was good and fast as well!!
