So I had to pay the cost. My husband was getting bit all over his arms and they were like chicken pox (swollen).... I had Brandon from this company come out to exterminate for bugs, which turned out to be Bed Bugs (which I had no idea that I had that problem)... I felt so embarrassed and Brandon reassured me that it was probably NOT my fault as it can happen to the best of us who have people visit us as they might have bed bugs attached to their clothing and bed bugs travel with people through luggage; through business airline seats ; at restaurants seats; from hotels and the best of upper-end resorts. So-- I felt better knowing that this bug is quite common . Brandon was very detailed in showing me what a bed bug looked like and where to look for them and came up with my total cost for his services. His extermination service came in 3 visits instead of one for a total cost of $275. Most exterminators charge that fee for just one application...I have not seen a bed bug since and he finished exterminating for Bed Bugs a week ago. I liked his service so much that I hired him on for a monthly basic service ($45.) a month to spray for other bugs (peaty creatures) and this will be done monthly until I say to stop. I recommend him and feel he is honest and trustworthy as we had to leave our premises for over 2 hours and he was very careful with moving our furnitures when finished. Today, I'm totally happy and trust that if we have that problem again, he will be available to help again.

Instead the owner comes to the home days later, and immediately begins to argue (with an attitude) with us that its impossible to have a wasp problem as they sprayed all locations, and that they could never be nesting in the gutters (directly over the garage door) because....that's when I told him he was behaving inappropriately as a service representative, especially as business owner! If I provide them with camera footage they might see if they can help me. No notice of coming, I wasn't home. Yes I have it on camera. I d rather spend my time at this point (after 8 months of this BS) warning my neighbors to STAY AWAY from this company. I tried to cancel politely by letting them know after several 'treatments' we still had issues, but the cancellation costs just as much as riding out the contract (because I didn't try to cancel before the 'midnight of the 3rd day' allotted cancellation period which passed days before I even got the first treatment). I received an emailed service report for services and I responded that it hadn't been done and to please reschedule. Their tracker shows the vehicle here. No kidding. I do have my camera footage but I'm done. Maybe if I see pests in a week they'll see about helping us then....message me. I'll share all my emails and camera footage (I have 10 cameras with 24 hour recording) for each 'service event'. This is ridiculous. Service companies that show up without an appointment and mark the service completed when you don't answer the door....super stellar. Then the onus is on me to provide proof? Surely that tracker can give time at the address, let's be reasonable...yes, I am beyond frustrated. So many chances...here is the review. My service person is nice, but they work for a bad company. I don't blame them for what I assume is bad, unethical business practices. So, if you want to give your service person a tip, 'give us a 5 star review' and we will give them the monetary reward.
