I took my 2013 BMW 328i here for an oil & filter change and use a YupUp coupon. This place is great. I had a YupUp coupon. He thought that the amount that I paid was for a car with a different engine, but was willing to allow me to,use the coupon for the price that I paid anyway. After starting the work, he realized the amount that I paid was correct. The nice thing is that he was willing to except the coupon for what I paid. I got great customer service there. I'm not sure of the ladies name, who must do the bookkeeping, she was excellent. Both were very personable. I think I found a shop that if I have anything else wrong with my car, I can take it there. I was in and out of there in less than a half an hour. But it's nice to make an appointment, so that they know you're coming. This will be my go to auto repair. read more

Have had my car serviced there a few times. Owner is very friendly, reasonable prices. BUT I had to leave my car overnight for a service and upon receiving my car, I could tell it had been driven around; the passenger seat was tilted back and pushed further back from where it was. (Annoying but not surprising.) My gripe and the worst part of it is that my car reeked of cigarette smoke after. It is especially embedded in the passenger seat and unfortunately the two car seats I have in the car. So now every day my kids lightly smell of cigarette smoke. It's been two months and I've been doing almost everything to get the smell out. It's not as strong but it's still there. Bring your car in for a quick service but I would be hesitant to leave my car overnight again if at all. My car is working great, but I'm still a bit seething. read more

I needed a smog check for my 21 year old minivan. Sunday morning seemed a good time. I drove over at 10 am and the friendly owner offered to take me right in for a smog check for $60 everything included. My experience with fixing my vehicles has been very challenging for over a decade. What I continued to come across were shops that never impressed me in regards to service, price, and MOST IMPORTANTLY... HONESTY. I was referred to Anson Auto Repair by my uncle and my parents. This shop has been handling ALL of their Auto Repair needs and they urged me to take my vehicle to his shop. The moment I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the sparkling clean work area. This clearly made a statement about the level of attention to detail, work ethic, and pride of the owner. The past few shops would rate a 5 and a 6 - this place is the cleanest and rates a 10! A gentleman quickly approached me with a smile and introduced himself as Anson the owner and asked how he could assist me. I showed him my problem and he said he could fix it very easily. The part was on backorder in all the Dealerships within the area, so he called his source and the part arrived in just a few days rather than over a week through the dealerships. He basically had to replace the entire right rear light housing unit and light socket because a repair shop totally modified it due to lack of parts a few years ago. When he showed me the difference between how it looked versus how it was supposed to look on the other side, I was amazed a mechanic would go through the trouble of fixing it wrong and cause the vehicle owner to have to purchase a different set of bulbs for the modified side. It should've been fixed correctly. I showed Anson the issue last Wed. He called me yesterday ( Monday ) and said the part arrived and said I could have it fixed ASAP. I arrived and he fixed it immediately - probably took 15 mins. I totally appreciated that he stopped what he was working on to fix my vehicle quickly. Bottom line, I can see why my family referred me to his shop. This is easily THE BEST experience I've ever had in regards to Auto Repair. Anson is an owner who loves what he does and takes away all the worry - if you drop off your car, it's definitely in good hands. Never came across this level of service and yet has the BEST PRICING.
