Either they didnt communicate in a timely fashion, or they showed up in dirty cars, or they showed up late, or drivers were just plain unsafe. Alliance took the time to explain to me the processes they took to ensure that the cars were on time, drivers safe, and cars beyond the usual clean that is expected. When they arrived I was blown away. The car looked like they had just picked it up from the showroom floor. The best part for me was that they were not only on time but in fact early! We were a party of four, each with a large suitcase and a smaller bag. It was a ten day trip. The car they sent was a mid-sized crossover vehicle (Toyota Venza). The luggage barely fit and the rear seat passengers (3) were very cramped. The return trip from airport we had a different driver, same car. Driver could not fit all the luggage. We had to hold a couple of the smaller bags in our laps. We were also charged an additional fee because the driver claimed he had to wait because we told him the wrong pick up time, which was not true. A good tip would be to confirm the type of vehicle ahead of time.
