Despite that, she was taken directly onto the road in the rain, the instructor was unpleasant and critical rather than supportive. She even claimed I had said my daughter had prior experience- which is completely untrue. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes (both windows open in the rain to air it out), and the overall tone was unprofessional from the start. My daughter came home in tears, and the company did not offer anything other than lip-service when I raised the issue. I would strongly recommend finding another driving school, especially for first-time drivers. It was a an absolute fiasco.

She was very anxious about getting behind the wheel, but gained some good confidence after the lessons. Ahmed was very flexible and punctual to every appointment.
