Despite that, she was taken directly onto the road in the rain, the instructor was unpleasant and critical rather than supportive. She even claimed I had said my daughter had prior experience- which is completely untrue. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes (both windows open in the rain to air it out), and the overall tone was unprofessional from the start. My daughter came home in tears, and the company did not offer anything other than lip-service when I raised the issue. I would strongly recommend finding another driving school, especially for first-time drivers. It was a an absolute fiasco.

Thank you for heightening my anxiety right before the exam. Also gave a sour attitude afterwards when he drove us back from the exam, sped and cut off other cars with no blinkers on. She was very anxious about getting behind the wheel, but gained some good confidence after the lessons. Ahmed was very flexible and punctual to every appointment. He made our son's DMV appointment for the road test, picked him up at home on his test date two hours prior to the exam to practice a bit more. He showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and explained what they would be doing. He provided us with a checklist of what to bring to the road test appointment so that there would be no surprises. He called us from the DMV to tell us our son had passed and mentioned a few extra things that he should pay attention to. He even followed up afterwards with additional information he had researched.
