I hired this company based on Yelp reviews. I should have looked closer...they have 5 stars, but…read moreonly 2 reviews. I was very disappointed. I hired them for a move-out clean up in a 2br apartment. This was a place that my boyfriend and I lived in, I moved out several months before he did. He was a horrible slob, and the apartment was in my name, so I had to have it cleaned since he never did. I booked the appointment a month in advance and specifically said FOCUS on the bathroom. It was a horrible wreck. I told them the tub was textured and I couldn't get it clean They said no problem. The rest of the apartment was EMPTY. No furniture to clean, and I had vacuumed part of it myself. The fridge was empty. The communication with them was great. They confirmed the appointment and touched base a few days ahead. They gave me a time frame and stuck to it. I asked if they would take trash on the patio to the dumpster (about 50 feet away) if I paid extra. They agreed! I wasn't there when the cleaning was done, but they text me after (apparently they were there 4 hours !!!!) and said due to the "extent of my clean" and other jobs booked, they didn't get to the fridge. Uugh. When I arrived, I couldn't believe what I saw. The bath tub was still dirty. They hadn't cleaned off the mildew from the tile. They DID clean off the countertop and mirror, floor. They may have vacuumed...but I still saw debris in the carpet....and the kitchen! OMG. They didn't touch the oven OR the fridge. They cleaned off the countertop, but left some type of blue cleaner in the sink and didn't even rinse it out. By the time I saw it, it was dried in the sink. Oh, and the stuff I asked them to take to the dumpster? They took most of it, but left remnants I had to clear out myself. Charged me $140. I definitely wouldn't hire them again. These are all AFTER photos.

Will definitely hire again! Josh was trustworthy and super good with communication. Cheapest price…read moretoo!

I requested a free QUOTE from their website in 2024 as I was shopping around for a cleaning service for my mom. I ended up going with another service. They called me so many times throughout the next YEAR that I ended up having to block their number. It is now 2026 and I just received a call from them today from a slightly different number! That's just crazy!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I Bought a house recently that was renovated by the owner of…read moreTotal Home Care and after lying and backtracking through the entire buying process I find that the work he did was subpar at best but honestly just deceptive and fraudulent. The day I moved and ran water in the kitchen sink the cabinet filled up with water because the garbage disposal was not installed correctly. A week after moving it was found that the pipes under the master bath were not secure and water damaged subfloor and first floor ceiling. When offered the chance to fix the issue to stand by his work he responded with "lol tell her to call a plumber." Now a few weeks later the entire first floor wall and windows need replaced because of missing flashing on the deck, the previous damage was just dry walled over and not disclosed. One of the toilets needs to be reset because it wobbles and ALL the faucets are loose, like he can't tighten a bolt. Don't be fooled by the Christian symbols this dude hides behind on his signs, He's a deceptive snake. The company Andy Ashcraft uses to flip houses is called Sugar Blue Investments. Also, there was a slight mix-up about the scheduling, but they worked us in quickly, so there was no issue.
