What a hidden gem ! As a yep elite I use yelp for everything ! I try to find new places that I haven't been to before to go and test them out. I am so glad this place popped up and my husband and I gave them a try. We were greeted right away when we walked in and were told it was about a 20-30 minute wait. We didn't mind the wait time at all :) luckily for us we didn't have to wait that long and got a table outside after only waiting about 10 minutes. Our server was named Eric and he was great. He went over the menu with us and let us know some of their popular plates since it was our first time here. My husband started out with their spiked salted caramel cold brew and I had the cold brew iced coffee. Both of these drinks were amazing! Also a big bonus for this location was that they had spiked cold brew. I haven't seen a lot of places offer that around here. For our meal, I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast which comes with two eggs and a side of meat and I got bacon. The French toast was absolutely amazing ! My husband ordered the broken egg biscuit sandwich and this was good as well. Only thing to note on this sandwich was that it was a bit dry - meaning they could have put more gravy or brought some extra on the side. The biscuits were moist so it didn't feel too dry, but definitely could have used a bit more gravy. One bonus about this place is that while you wait for your food they bring out these biscuit beignets with a marmalade sauce and OMG amazing ! It was heaven ! read more

We were staying at a hotel with free breakfast but decided to go here instead. What a huge mistake! I ordered the ( oversize) biscuits with house made sausage gravy, 2 eggs over easy, 2 hand made sausage patties and a side of potatoes. My wife ordered an omelette with a side of potatoes and a biscuit. I can say her coffee was pretty good, my 4 dollar glass of orange juice was good. The service was very friendly and very good. I've just completed complimenting everything I possibly could. We got on the waitlist from their Yelp app before we arrived but that was TOTALLY unnecessary. There were very few people there. Now I understand why. My sausage looked good but had the strangest flavor profile. Can't tell you which herbs were overused, but I couldn't finish eating it. The gravy on my biscuit looked like it had been sitting in a bucket for days and it was not an appealing shade of brownish gray. Not a totally terrible taste but not great either. I couldn't cut through the biscuit with my fork without using excessive force. I think it might have been reheated in a microwave. The potatoes were reheated as well but they had already been overcooked to begin with! Then they must have sat in the kitchen for a while because I couldn't get butter to melt on them. I shouldn't have had to even try but they were dry and had zero seasoning. My eggs were almost cooked properly except a little brown at the edges. My wife's omelette would have been very good if they hadn't put their awful sausage in it. I didn't bother speaking to the manager. With everything that was wrong, no manager worth anything would allow it to leave the kitchen but I thought it would be good to try to warn others! This was $42.00 after tip and not worth half that price. Waffle house would have been a much better choice! read more

This experience was horrible. Went to this restaurant fresh off the plane on vacation. It was an hour wait for a table of 4. When we finally got to the table we waited for about 20 minutes before our waitress even came to ask us if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time & we didn't get our drinks until our food came out. When our food came out almost 45 minutes later everything was cold. The manager is the only reason this place got 2 stars because he was very understanding of our frustration & comped our entire meal. I probably wouldn't go back if I'm back in Tampa but who knows. I was very excited to try this place! We weren't far away so just walked in around noon on a weekend for brunch. We were expecting a wait, but what was frustrating was the constant amount of people that walked in after us that were seated before us! We were told about 15 min wait, but it was more like 30 min. I tried to find a new brunch place this morning and saw another broken egg had the "join the waitlist" feature on yelp, I joined the waitlist when it said there was an hour wait time, so an hour later we arrived at the place just to be told that our table wasn't ready, so we ended up waiting for a little over an hour and half. We were pretty hangry by the time we got seated. Once we placed our orders, we probably waited for another 20 mins for our food. I got a supreme omelette, which was like $11. The omelettes come with potatoes or grits, and an English muffin. My omelette was good, but it was definitely not worth an hour and half wait. The potatoes were slightly too salty. However, the English muffin was toasted to perfection. Our waiter was nice, he checked on us a quite few times, but it did take him awhile to ring us out (maybe 5-10 minutes after we gave him our cards). Overall my experience here was good, hopefully the wait time will reduce in the future, otherwise it's unlikely for me to visit here again. read more

We had to wait about 10-20 minutes even after putting ourselves on a online wait list which was a little annoying and they made us sit outside in the heat but after we got seated we were greeted by our FRIENDLY out going waiter JINA. If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life. I was interrupted by the manager to move my vehicle for a guest that was able to eat her food in peace with no interruption. The guest parked incorrectly over the lines of the parking space. The manager asked me to move my vehicle which was in the lines for her to leave because she was parked over the lines. I even asked him how is my vehicle in the way of hers his response was she feels that she is going to hit you when she backs out. Im still puzzled as to how. I walked outside look at the vehicle and sees that she could back out with no problem so I'm not understanding the interruption. As petty as it may sounds I was in the middle of a presentation on a business conference call with a potential client and I choose to have my conference meeting at this restaurant since they had an outside patio. Not only did the manager interrupt my very important conference call and my breakfast he made me lose my appetite all together with his lack of compassion. I literally did not finish my chicken and waffles. He seen me on a call when he approached. I literally have my laptop open and I'm talking to the person on the screen but the other guest experience was more important than mines which is why I will never be back here. When he seen my frustration I feel he should of made some type of compromise being that he is the one interrupted me. If this is the type of service they have I do not want to spend my hard earned money here. I could of went to another restaurant to have my call at. First time here and last time here. Place is a little over priced for what you get. I do love their hollandaise sauce, light in color and not too rich. I highly recommend for takeout that you check the order thoroughly. Because I am super indecisive and 2. I felt that I definitely deserved to sample ALL the pancakes I desired on this special day. I recieved one of each of the following: Bananas Foster, Mixed Berry and Peach Cobbler. My favorite had to be the Mixed Berry because of the plentiful amount of berry's in the batter. The other two had too much pancake and not enough toppings or filling. The ratio was off. Just my opinion! It came with bacon too which made my day because I was going to order it on the side anyway. It was a fun breakfast, I would return- however I would order a lighter meal. Our first visit was a bit better than the second, but I believe it's due to the time of day we were there and could have been a different cook . Overall, the atmosphere was open and airy and the food was flavorful. Some of the portions didn't seem to be quite enough , while other dishes were plentiful. Depends on what you order because some of my family members were full and others had to order more food . Either way, I can say all of our plates were clean when we stacked them on the table.
