She has completely helped me transform my facial complexion through custom work from Microneedling to Cryofacials. Scarring and even skin tone have been noticed over the years. I recently moved away and had a hard time finding an aesthetician as amazing as Terri. Sad news for me in my new locale, I could not find anyone I trust. I now make sure my Reno Tahoe trips include a facial visit back to Terri before I return home. She is worth every moment of her time. Thank you, Terri, for your amazing talent and for making me feel and look amazing. Happy New Years everyone.

I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before. No one introduced themselves. The whole experience was expensive and disappointing.

Everyone that I've met has been great. I've had the dermaplane facial and also had an appointment with the owner, Christa yesterday. They also offer mani/pedi's - I met the woman, Crystal (I think that's her name) who does them when I was in the waiting room and she was extremely friendly too. We had a chat about my favorite LV bag that I had that day. I also can't wait to try their massage services. Overall, I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to finally check it out. Lesson in all of this: Don't be like me and wait years. :)
