That's exactly why I went to Mercedes‑Benz of Laguna Niguel, and I'm so glad I did. I was recommended to Tony Valle, and I truly couldn't be more grateful. Tony didn't just listen to what I wanted -- he guided me with professionalism, patience, and honesty. He showed me different vehicle options, explained pricing and fees clearly, and walked me through all the little details most of us dread dealing with. I felt comfortable, understood, and most importantly, I felt safe trusting him. That trust paid off: I drove off the lot with the car of my dreams and a huge sense of confidence in my decision. I also met the manager, Andres, who was incredibly respectful and reassuring. He made it clear that if I ever needed anything, he'd be there to help. And even the finance officer, Serg, made the final steps enjoyable -- he was helpful, funny, and made sure I got the best financial option available. On top of all that, the dealership itself is amazing. From service to the complimentary car wash to the accessories shop and work stations. The he amenities make the whole experience feel elevated. If you're looking for a Mercedes and don't know where to start -- or you know exactly what you want but aren't sure how to get it -- come here. Ask for Tony and Andres. You'll be taken care of.

Absolutely terrible service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel…read more I brought my AMG GT 63 in on Friday for an intermittent lumbar/multicontour seat issue where the lumbar support continuously inflates and deflates on its own even with the kinetics function turned OFF. I specifically asked multiple times for actual diagnostic testing to be performed. Instead, the car sat there from Friday through Tuesday mostly sitting outside on their lot with little communication and repeated comments that the vehicle was "fine" or "operating as designed." Service advisor Trent kept focusing on test driving the car instead of properly diagnosing the seat/module system as requested. This is not a vehicle I want unnecessarily driven around by multiple employees, especially when the entire point of the visit was to perform diagnostics. It is also frustrating leaving an AMG GT 63 sitting outside for days while barely being looked at. After nearly five days of wasted time, I picked up the vehicle and within minutes of driving, the exact same lumbar issue immediately happened again exactly as I described from the beginning. The lack of urgency, communication, and technical understanding was unacceptable for a Mercedes dealership. I will be taking the vehicle to another Mercedes dealership going forward.

Purchasing a new car can be a strange mix of emotions, from excitement over the new set of wheels,…read moreto anxiety over so many issues involving the cost - did I get the best price, did the dealer upcharge me for accessories I really didn't need, did the dealer add in fees and costs that they didn't need to? But based on my experience at SCL, all those anxieties can be set aside, and you can enter here confident that you will be treated as a valued customer, and not as a mark to be taken advantage of. This was my first time buying any car long-distance, let alone a new luxury car. But the NX hybrid was in short supply, and we wanted specific interior/exterior colors. Calling around to multiple Lexus dealers became our only option. From our home in Roseville, we were connected to Santiago Gutierrez, a great guy and a truly helpful and honest salesman. From our very first contact to the delivery of our new NX hybrid several weeks ago, Santiago has been a pleasure to deal with. Santiago was always available and eager to help, providing knowledgeable answers to any of my questions. I have purchased many new cars over the years, but working with Santiago and South County Lexus ranked among the very best of car-buying experiences. Santiago continues to check in on us even after the new car delivery, asking how we're enjoying the car and whether we have any questions for him. We can't go to SCL for service, though I wish we could. Hopefully, our nearest Lexus dealer will be available for service when we need it. Whether our nearby dealer meets SCL's high standards is yet to be determined, but we hope so. I can 100% recommend SCL, and be sure to ask for Santiago.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me too frustrated to stay quiet…read more From the beginning, everything felt disorganized- sales, finance and service center. The process of purchasing the used car was chaotic, and it quickly became clear that customer service is not a priority. After the purchase, I had to repeatedly follow up about basic administrative issues, including not receiving my physical license plates in a timely manner (check to make sure your vehicle has a rear AND front license plate prior to purchase so it is street legal!) and ongoing confusion surrounding the title transfer for my trade-in vehicle, as well as the finance department contacting me wanting me to get answers from my bank about my car loan (although everything had been done on my end already and shown as active through my bank). Communication was poor, and I often felt like I was chasing down answers that should have been proactively provided. Not long after driving the car off the lot, I started hearing a knocking sound whenever I went over bumps. Concerned, I took the vehicle to another shop to have it checked (closer to my home as I live approx 2 hours from this dealership). I was told there were loose bolts that needed to be tightened -- something that absolutely should have been caught during inspection before the car was sold. Even more concerning, the rear brakes were in terrible condition. The brake pads were worn down to just 2-3 mm, and the rotors were so damaged they could not simply be resurfaced -- they needed to be replaced. This is not minor wear and tear; this is basic safety. Selling a vehicle in that condition is unacceptable. The dealership did not provide me with their center's service records on the car (after repeated requests) but told me over the phone that they "checked the records and the brake pads were documented at 6mm." Buying a car is a major investment. Customers deserve transparency, organization, and -- at the very least -- a safe vehicle. My experience was stressful, disappointing, and frankly infuriating. I hope this dealership takes a hard look at its processes and starts treating used car customers with the same care and accountability they expect in return. No need for the company to reply to this telling me to contact them as I see done for other reviews. Over the course of one month, I tried repeatedly to get a resolution for these issues, both through the sales and service department. The case is now being elevated to small claims court as I would expect a Lexus Dealership could easily have chosen to do the right thing in this situation. I would encourage other clients with similar issues to do the same. To save you some time, the legal entity name is MVVT Motors, LLC, DBA South County Lexus Mission Viejo.
