The biscuits here well just bite into a pillow same effect. The sides are plain in taste but I will say the ribs are worth the drive. They have a nice smoke flavor and a lite bark but tender.Their brisket a little bit better than last time so it gets a 2. The bake beans are a must taste they are awesome. That is all I definitely know Bar B Q. Chief SAMA C yeah you think you know BAR B Q but you don't ;))(

I'd say my brisket was on the dryer side however the sauces were great! All the meats were incredible and the cornbread and onion rings were a showstopper for sure. Definitely some of the best I've had around and it is tough to find huge onion rings! Our waitress was fantastic and incredibly patient and kind as we waited on one more of our party. She knew the menu very well and made our experience great. The place itself is nice and very spacious! I also liked they had fires and an outdoor patio to go eat outside. I'll for sure be back when craving some bbq.

Then he told the young blonde girl it was our first time and she got samples of two more sides and got our food together fast. After we were finished eating he personally checked on us with a busy dining room. You definitely don't see that kind of effort very often, you definitely have something special with those two. Amazing first time!

so many good barbecue spots in Toledo, and this just isn't one of them…read more They do have a pretty phenomenal sandwich... " more cowbell" But they were out of so much on a Sunday at 6 PM First of all, checked my gift card before I came into the store and had a $25 balance. When I get inside, it is packed, and guy working the register can't seem to get it to work so I just decided to pay. I ordered ribs, they're out! I ordered chicken... Out of that too. I ended up getting a sandwich. I would've never ordered Pryor, but I am glad I did. You can tell they were out of a lot of meats, because the baked beans I got were pretty much a bunch of beans, floating and barbecue sauce and not even very many beans at all The mac & cheese was decent, but nothing to write home about. I had to add a decent amount of salt and pepper. But waiting in line for 20 minutes for quick order food just to find out almost all of it was gone is a bit ridiculous It's pretty unorganized and chaotic The condiment station look like it has been ransacked, so I ended up for going any pickles or onions due to fear of some weird foodborne illness The whole experience is just a bit lacking. I can pay less money and go down the street and be waited on and have a cleaner atmosphere.

They offer so many delicious sauces; my favorite was the coffee and the white. Our server was so friendly and guided us through the menu. The BBQ Solit is meant to be shared: a full grilled andouille sausage, split and served in a bed of corkscrew Mac n cheese, topped with baked beans, pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, tomatoes and sauced with BBQ of your choice. The burnt ends were nicely cooked and soft yet well done. The smells are wonderful. I will be back to try more off the menu.

We've been here a total of two times - 1 time for carryout 1-2 yrs ago and today for dine-in. I…read moredon't remember much about our carryout experience, but I can say with confidence we won't be back after our dine-in experience today. The food was fine. We ordered fried pickles for our appetizer and that came out within 10-15 min of us being seated. They were hot, delicious and the sauce they came with was pretty tangy and tasty. No complaints. We placed our meal order at the same time as the appetizer, but waited 20-30 min for our food to come out. We ordered Cuban and BBQ Chicken sandwiches. Our waitress came by once during that wait and told us our food would be out shortly but never gave a reason for the delay. I was irritated when the couple behind us - who were seated well after us - received their meals 10-15 min before ours came out. Our waitress was very chummy, attentive and friendly with them and barely checked in with us. Definitely didn't receive the same service. Unfortunately her tip reflected that. Our food was good. BBQ chicken sandwich was good. Needed more sauce but I asked for a side. Cuban was fine. Needed a sauce too but I used the sauce that came with the fried pickles. Fries were delicious and hot. Some of the onion rings were strange. The smaller ones mostly. They weren't even warm and had a chewy consistency. It was weird. As far as the atmosphere? Ugh. That alone killed it for me. 1) it's so dark in there. The dark floors...the dark ceilings...and all that dark wood! All that darkness paired with the depressing country music playing had me wanting to take myself out. Maybe it's good if you're there to drink your sorrows away and whatever teardrops they were singing about, but I found it irritating and agitating. BBQ isn't strictly country music - it can be blues too.
