The can not change deviate from the prescription, so I can not get that specific syringe. I have called and written to Dr Orija's office many many time to call my pharmacy and ask them what syringe they have in stock that could be used to administer this medication. And nothing. I have called...... no answer. No one returns my calls. I have written multiple times on the WellStar patient portal and ....... nothing. Why do I have a medication that I can not take? Thank God this medication is not life saving os sustaining. And oddly, there is no place i=on WellStar's web site to write reviews on doctors of facilities. Shameful

I have had in-person and telemedicine visits with her. She and her staff are reachable via the Emory portal. I call her nurse when necessary and they are very helpful. She is usually very booked. If she is unavailable for a non- routine concern I have sometimes been referred to another colleague in the office. I have been satisfied with them, as well.

I'm on Medicare and Dr. Gurley was the only one certified to care for Medicare patents. After he left, they could no longer accept me as a patient and kicked me out the door. The front desk staff are surly and rude. This place went from great to abysmal in a matter of weeks.

Since being sold and rebranded as AHF it has only gotten worse. It took 6 months to get my prescription moved to my new pharmacy, which refilled once before it just resumed filling at my old one again. My last two appointments were canceled on me same day. Appointments to renew an existing prescription of HIV medicine, which they will only do with a consultation. To any young person reading this: This is not normal. You only need a routine bloodwork lab. There are free clinics and even online services that do this. I had not been able to refill in months before finally gaining the courage to just cut this place off. They will not answer the phone or return voicemails, and do not have a way to contact them online without using their portal. Their portal, which requires that you call on the phone to set up an account. A closed loop of incompetence. Run far and fast. Shame on these people.

Even so, I really like this place and of course the Dr. Sophie Lukashok. Shes very thorough, empathetic, and compassionate about my concerns. She seems to take her time with me too unlike some offices where they rush to get through to the next patient. I brought my 15 month with me because I didn't have anyone else to keep her on short notice. Dr. Lukashok and her team were very professional about her. Finally I've found a excellent female Doctor that I can go to for my primary care. Theres not enough doctors that have good bedside mannerizims in the states either such as this place. Look no further she's good.
