Mind you I was told to sign in and sit down. I was also sitting in their line of sight directly to the side. So I was refused service because the front staff weren't doing their job and were instead talking instead of checking me in. I didn't receive any follow-up calls with any attempts to make things right. This office is terrible!! Stay away.

I did not have recurrent UTIs or intense symptoms and felt this test was not justified. They choose $1000+ worth of tests without discussing that there were other more basic testing options with me. Given that insurance coverage is so variable amongst patients, patients should have the opportunity to choose between the cheaper basic test and the more expensive and extensive test after hearing the provider discuss both options. When I questioned the seemingly inappropriate/unnecessary choice of test, I felt that they gaslit me. They claimed that they chose the test they felt was most appropriate with patient's health as their priority. The owner supported this. Please be wary of practices that value money more than you and operate with a complete lack of transparency. Always ask questions and advocate for yourself.

There's plenty of free parking, and it's on the 3rd floor. There's several doctors that share the same office here. They also have a phlebotomist there to draw blood for lab work which is convenient. I think that Dr. Dy-Johnson did try to modernize everything a bit more by allowing people to request times on Zocdoc. However, the front desk still calls to confirm, and when they call they'd be like just because you booked doesn't mean it's fully confirmed. They still want you to call them to update your insurance, bring it in person, and they don't check Zocdoc at all after they've followed up on your initial inquiry. Zocdoc is convenient for me because I work a 9-5 Monday through Friday, and it's hard for me to find time to call the doctor for an appointment, so I love Zocdoc being able to help me with that. However, they're still old school in that regard. They had to mail me my login information to their online portal -- it's not very user friendly but it does the job, and it does ask you questions down to the T, which is understandable because I'm a new patient here and they need all of that information to treat you or make the right recommendations. At this time, they do require mask wearing on premise. Other than the minor details, I do recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for an OB/GYN.

please take a second opinion when you visit Dr. Church. or any other doctor…read more she's fairly good with patients however she is very drastic with her decisions. she goes to the last resort from the beginning. i was recommended to do a hysterectomy by her, which was gonna change my body completely. it really put me in nightmares. then i decided to take other opinions before scheduling for the surgery. and Thank God i did. 3 other physicians recommended other treatments , like pills and shots that can help me. and said that the hysterectomy is a very early decision for now. Come to find out TODAY I have to schedule A SEPARATE APPOINTMENT and pay another $40 to get my results from today's ultrasound? This is ridiculous to say the least! The lady taking my ultrasound had very broken English I completely understand and was patient with her as shes only been in the US for 8 months but why would you schedule patients with someone who doesn't speak english fluently. Every time I come its another thing this place is so far left and I do not plan on coming back they really tried to schedule me another day to come in and get my results so I have to pay another $40. My experience with CCWH is so unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. They called over to his office for information and you know, they did ask me did I want to stay with him or through Christ I said I'll just stay with Christ because they have my chart and information already. That is not very comforting. Also their hours of operation are not the best. My appointments were always scheduled for later in the evening and twice they called me either the day of or the day before to change it to an earlier time claiming the doctor was scheduled at the hospital for a C-Section at a certain time. When I arrived or called to obtain information about lab work after the time they stated the doctor would be out of the office he was still there. Explore other options and DO NOT go to this dr for any services!
