There's plenty of free parking, and it's on the 3rd floor. There's several doctors that share the same office here. They also have a phlebotomist there to draw blood for lab work which is convenient. I think that Dr. Dy-Johnson did try to modernize everything a bit more by allowing people to request times on Zocdoc. However, the front desk still calls to confirm, and when they call they'd be like just because you booked doesn't mean it's fully confirmed. They still want you to call them to update your insurance, bring it in person, and they don't check Zocdoc at all after they've followed up on your initial inquiry. Zocdoc is convenient for me because I work a 9-5 Monday through Friday, and it's hard for me to find time to call the doctor for an appointment, so I love Zocdoc being able to help me with that. However, they're still old school in that regard. They had to mail me my login information to their online portal -- it's not very user friendly but it does the job, and it does ask you questions down to the T, which is understandable because I'm a new patient here and they need all of that information to treat you or make the right recommendations. At this time, they do require mask wearing on premise. Other than the minor details, I do recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for an OB/GYN.

I hemorrhaged after delivery and spent 5 days in ICU. I returned to the ER 6 days after being released due to passing very large blood clots and continuously bleeding through everything. After having a d&c to remove retained placenta, Dr Williams rudely commented on the rapid weight loss I experienced in the weeks after delivery (pretty sure my body was in shock and fighting to survive) and blamed me for the severe bleeding I had experienced accusing me of being too active (I could barely get off the couch to care for my newborn at times). This doctor caused PTSD for me and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. My baby and I are lucky to have survived the experience. She was always late to appointments and acted too busy to actively listen. I'm shocked she has resurfaced after what appeared to be a period of time she was no longer in practice.

My daughter got sick so I said call healthonomics and get an appt with Dr Mcquillan. She calls me back saying doctor Mcquillan dont work there no more and they told her the palos heights office was closed. I had an appointment in about a week coming up. They would of had me coming to a closed office with my doctor gone and never informed me. Endangering my health. I should of ran the other way, but I made an appt with Monica Lopez at the Evergreen Park office. The visit was for a followup for heart tests reviews which never got done because......the doctor walks in and says Im gonna bill you for an annual Physical, and Im like no your not and raised my voice. So she says your not yelling at me, which I wasnt. I left without being seen and they still charged me. Was just contacted by Illinois Attorney General and Im gonna find out if this discrimination happened only to me. Did this happen to anyone else. Feel free to please let us know. This is the primary care physician that was appointed to me and when I was experiencing health issues and complications I made an appointment and Dr. Salvia Carrie prescribed me medication for the complications and discomfort I was experiencing. Well the health conditions continued and after scheduling another appointment to see the physician to inform her that the conditions continued and I recommended that she refer me to a specialist which is why I pay my health insurance and my primary care physician a co-pay to issue a referral. Well she directed my personal health conditions to another medical condition which I was not experiencing but she insisted that is what the issue was. Come to find out the appointment that was on Wednesday and today is Saturday and I have yet to receive my prescription for antibiotics or medicine to relieve my discomfort. After contacting my insurance and questioning why my primary care physician is refusing to issue a referral to see a specialist. Dr Carrie inform the insurance provider that she had made the decision that I do not need to see a specialist. But they sure took my money and never assisted me since. I'm still waiting for a call from the physician and the manager of the facility Kim W. One of the worst primary care physicians' institute across the United States.
