My main beef here however is when the doctor is running behind. Which I understand can happen with the unpredictability of their job, but no one really let's you know what's going on. I'm writing this review as I sit in the doctors office. My appointment was for 12:30 and it is 1:44 and no one has even mentioned why it's taking so long or how much longer it will be. Kind of a bummer. And with morning sickness and everything, it would be great to be seen and get out of here so I can go home and throw up. :-) PS I'm writing this on my hubby's account :)

Patient call alerts beeping for over ten minutes, zero nurses at nurses station, zero empathy and zero care. Zero time took to explain things to families. All in a rush to go nowhere, cuz it sure isn't to go help a patient. Doctors.... Oh boy.... Doctors are iron face, zero emotion, zero explanations, zero compassion. These are peoples families and they are scared and concerned..... the doctors don't care whatsoever!! At night is even worse!! I would rather take a loved one ten hours away than down the street to this place. We could not wait for a transfer!! I will say the nurses in ICU were great, but once out of ICU, the staff and "caregivers" are horrible. If you can help it, find an alternative hospital for you or your loved one. Dr Bernadette Aghaji lacks compassion and empathy. She is rude and judgmental towards the patients that she deem as "aid recipients". She doesn't care about what brought you to seek out treatment. She orders a bunch of test, when none may be needed. So essentially, she delays medical care. If whatever you have, doesn't pop up on the bloodwork that she ordered, then she is clueless and her critical thinking skills doesn't turn on. She is sarcastic and condescending, like a grade schooler. She doesn't use available tools to broaden her mind and she doesn't take the time to research things that should be obvious. Because of her lack of basic knowledge, she laughs of serious patients concerns and just walks away, without offering help or a solution. Her resume looks good on paper, but she is dated and lack basic skills to perform her job adequately. What is her purpose if you have to go to another to do the things she should have done on your first visit? She has none. She is a pit stop to get insurance money. This "middleman" needs to be skipped and go find yourself a competent Primary Care Physician.
