Anne Elliott is a very unique personal trainer. I worked with her back in 2007-2008, and each session made me a much fitter, more confident woman. My muscles were sore as hell after her workouts, and during the workouts, I cursed her name, but her level of expertise about well-rounded training was so thorough, I went back for more.
Anne's personal story is pretty interesting too: she's not your average 20-something gym bimbo. Anne started training at age 40, after eating her way through two pregnancies, and by her own discipline, dietary changes, and hard work, went down from a size 26 to size 12. This life-changing experience is what she delivers to her clients now, because she's "been there, done that."
Anne clearly enjoys giving men and women a sense of physical confidence that they never had before. She specialises in middle-age and all of its related problems that might stop people from exercising, such as obesity, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and back pain.
I'm so glad I worked with Anne. She's a real gem: equal parts caring mum, and drill sergeant! read more
