The stone sample I initially reviewed showed little to no visible discoloration. Unfortunately, the actual slab installed in my home has significant color inconsistencies on both sides of the stove that resemble burn marks. There is also a crack at the sink that appears to have been covered rather than properly addressed, along with multiple chips in the stone surrounding the sink. Additionally, the two seams do not line up properly. The seam on the actual countertop is positioned several inches away from the corresponding seam on the backsplash, resulting in an installation that looks poorly planned and unfinished. I have made repeated attempts to have these issues addressed, but my concerns have largely been dismissed. I have been waiting for more than a month to hear directly from the owner regarding a reasonable resolution, only to ultimately be told, in essence, that nothing would be done. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of accountability after payment was made. My experience has left me feeling that the level of attention and customer service I received before the sale was very different from what I experienced afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage prospective customers to thoroughly inspect the finished product and, before making final payment, get clear assurances regarding how installation defects, damage, and quality concerns will be handled.

This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

We have worked with many tile companies, and I have to say the experience with Triton Stone has been one of the best. This project was a full-house renovation with tile needs for 3 bathrooms, flooring, backsplash and countertops. Triton, Tammy specifically, stood out because of her ability to listen and understand the requirements before making suggestions. For example, we had a requirement that the pattern on the backsplash match the pattern in the master shower. Tammy came up with a Tiles by Ezra suggestion that was perfect for our design, and it was a product that we were not familiar with. She understood all of our needs including budget constraints (appreciating a splurge/save approach), design goals, repetition requirements and overall cohesiveness. We are extremely happy with the choices and are looking forward to the implementation. Tammy was also able to assist with the Quartzite selection making the process even easier. Many thanks for all of the assistance! Couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend!

My "Quality" Cabinets (by Masco) were installed by KB Kitchen and Bath in my brand new home built…read moreby Crescent Homes in late 2012. Within a matter of months, the finish on the cabinets had literally eroded off the wood in any area where there is even a remote chance of contact with water. I think you'd agree that most kitchen and bathroom cabinets are built to withstand frequent contact with water and should last, not years, but decades. Not "Quality" Cabinets. Quotes to emphasize the ironic name. As evidence, see the photos. Because these cabinets were part of a new build, we weren't given the choice of cabinet maker, much less any range of quality or upgrades. We just picked a color and hardware. So, we were at the mercy of Crescent and KB to provide a quality, durable product. Unfortunately, we got burned. After living with gradual degradation of the cabinets for a couple of years, we finally sought a resolution. Granted, we should have acted quicker, but we had no idea who the maker was, nor who installed it, nor the terms of the warranty. How many people need to make a warranty claim on cabinets anyway? So, once we were able to track all of that down, we found out that the LINE within the "Quality" brand was only covered for a year, while the remainder of the "Quality" products are covered for five years. Hmmmm. That tells you all you really need to know about the materials and the workmanship of this line. Try to figure out where they're made by visiting their website. After hours of communication with KB, the "account manager" for Masco Cabinetry (the parent company), a warranty rep at the company, and a mystery member of "upper management" named "Dave," I was offered a can of touch-up stain and some basic instructions for sanding and finishing. Or, I had the option of buying new doors and fronts - the same junk we've been suffering with. Why would I do that? By the way, "Dave" wouldn't even give me his title. He said he was part of the "leadership." Then, when I asked again for his title, he said he was part of "management." When I asked yet again, he then said he was the "management lead." Nifty title - and total B.S. Go to Lowe's.
