This location seems to be one of the newer Anna's locations on the peninsula. It was the only nearby eatery offering fried ravioli on a Sunday, which lead us there. The environs are bright with 2 dining areas and located in an easy access shopping center. They have a full bar and a few bar patrons, one of which was quite loud and exuberant. There is one bathroom, gender neutral of course. The unsweet tea was nicely brewed. The fried ravioli was as anticipated but served on some unnecessary shredded lettuce. We ordered a small cheese calzone and a small sausage roll. Both made to order and so large they extended over the plates! We enjoyed half and took half home. They looked to enjoy a steady take out business. For what we were looking for on a Sunday, this was a great choice!

I haven't been over in this area for ages, but we were nearby and my kiddo wanted McDonalds and...I most certainly did not. lol. So I called in an order for a meatball sub here to revisit the place after what looks like now about 8 years. Took my order to go. Service was very friendly and quick, and the interior is still really old-school cute. Food was solid, but nothing to rave home about. Meatballs were okay, but the bread was horribly soggy. Now the upside - I didn't finish it, so I took the bread off and reheated the meatballs the next day in the oven with extra sauce and cheese, then put it on some much better bread, and it was a great leftover. I just had to do the work to get it there...which not doing the work is sort of why you order out, am I right? I'd put this sub a step above a Subway meatball sub, but not on par with some of the other Italian places around.

Had a disappointing experience the pizza wasn't as advertised. It arrived cold and was just a basic pizza, nothing like the pictures.

Ordered off of GrubHub. This is the first time trying from this local place. It is about 20 min drive so I expected it to be soggy by the both the fries and pizza were perfect. Even the soda is cold. The toppings are fresh and flavors are great. Considering the amount of toppings and size of the pie, you get more than you pay for. Fries were crispy. Good flavor. Definitely will order from here again and try other menu items

Excellent service and delicious food! Definitely recommend the white pizza, spaghetti carbonara, cheese curds and vodka sauce pastas. This is a place where you feel like it's where you belong!

This is my first time here and I ordered the white pizza and it was very good! Everything was great, the amount of cheese, olive oil, garlic and spinach and the pizza was a lot bigger than I expected. Also the bread had good "chew" to it, I would definitely order from here again!

Bottom of dish, hardly any sauce.

I'm fairly new to the area and my son ordered from this location today using Doordash. I am a native New Yorker, and got excited about the food choices-seemed similar to home! I decided to try a dish I have not had in years, their Chicken Scalopini, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. I was so hungry, but it looked and tasted so dry. It was as if the chicken cutlet and pasta were made separately, yet not married together with the wine and lemon sauce that was in the description. The angel hair pasta was the perfect consistency to be tossed with garlic and oil. The portion sizes were amazing, the salad was fresh, bread was good and soft, so I made a sandwich with the cutlet. I am hoping the restaurant had an off day.

I paid $20 for their 18" Chicken "bacon" Ranch pizza and it came with bacon bits and not a real slice of bacon in sight. Are you kidding me?

We love doing a date night here because it's a pretty relaxed environment and the foods always good. We love a booth and the booths are pretty big. We started with a beer and the drink of the week which was called eternal luminescence. The cocktail was delicious - gin, st. Germain, lemon juice, lavender syrup and garnishes. We also got the special taco which was a boom boom shrimp taco. I'm considering trying to convince my boyfriend to go back on a Tuesday for taco Tuesday this month so we can get it again. It had a good number of shrimp on it and the other ingredients were super balanced. Finally we rounded off starters with the meatballs. We've had these before and love them every time. They have a slight heat to them but the sweetness of the sauce plays nicely with it. Would definitely not skip these! We were pretty plain and got a pepperoni pizza for our entree. I asked for Parmesan cheese and they brought a block and grated it on the pizza while I LOVED! The crust is yummy and was charred but not burnt. We will be going back.

The pork belly was like chewing through rubber. The wagyu was way too cheap to be wagyu ($7.50? Come onnn). The sweet potato taco was pretty good though. So, one third of my meal was good. I also waited at the front of the restaurant for quite a bit before anyone even knew I was there. You need a bell or something. Decent fare but, nothing I'd recommend.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the Italian sub. I added sweet peppers, and that was absolutely the right move. It was fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality meats and toppings. If I come back, it will be for the sub alone--and maybe to give one of their pizzas a try. The chicken marsala, however, was a letdown. The chicken cutlet was thicker than I prefer and ended up being a little tough. More importantly, the marsala sauce lacked the rich, hearty flavor that makes this dish so comforting. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't have the depth or savory mushroom-forward flavor I was expecting. Overall, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The Greek salad was fresh and a nice addition to the meal, but it wasn't enough to make up for the disappointment of the entrée. Since this was a takeout order, I can't really comment much on the overall service. The young lady who handed me my food wasn't particularly friendly, but she wasn't rude either--just kind of neutral. The interaction was quick and uneventful. Overall, Mamma Rosa's wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't one that left me eager to return. The Italian sub was excellent and is the only thing that would bring me back, along with maybe trying a pizza. As for the pasta dishes, I don't think I'd order those again

Well, leave it to Flame and Pie to fufill my cravings for the evening. This is actually the 2nd time I've ordered from them. And they have a pretty good reputation from foodies and food truck fanatics alike. Let's see if this selection hits my taste buds just right. For ordering, I just walked up to the front of the truck with not too long of a line and was greeted promptly by the staff, which consisted of only two people. Both were pretty busy with customers taking orders and cooking the food, but ran very efficiently with a pretty good vibe. Call it a food truck operating at full speed. The menu was in front for everyone to see. Inside, it looked very organized with pizza boxes on top of the oven as well. And in front, napkins, condiments and desserts in place. Not too clunky at all. My order was ready in about 15 minutes. I selected their 10" pickle bacon ranch pizza. Truly delicious. There was a lot of pickles and bacon on top along with ranch drizzle. And the crust had a bit of a crunch. I actually let Sophia eat half of my order and she enjoyed it too. Great pizza to go with some beer. Definitely can't beat that. They had a special where you could get a house salad, and a slice of pizza with three toppings. I ordered pepperoni, mushroom, mushroom and the salad so she understood that I wanted just extra mushrooms. I did not want a third topping. When it came, I was pretty hungry. It was hot. It was fresh and I started eating the pizza and the pepperoni tasted just a little strange to me and then I looked at it and it was flat and kind of brownish. I chalked it up too. Maybe they use a different brand of pepperoni after I got halfway into it, it hit me, that's not pepperoni it is sausage. The place wasn't crowded, but I just could not seem to get her attention. I saw her the waitress, giving attention to other patrons, but I was feeling a bit left out. Honestly, the pizza did not taste bad, it tasted pretty good, I never ordered sausage, but if someone else does, I will eat it. I did not feel like any drama so I finished my pizza my salad, she didn't even come back to ask me if I wanted more to drink when she brought me my check, it was a lunch special, it did not cost much at all. I was pretty much satisfied in terms of my hunger, and the taste wasn't bad, but I felt the need to say something, so I left a note on the napkin it stated that I did not order sausage pizza, basically she didn't come back to check on me, and if I ever come back again, I would try the pepperoni and mushroom. I didn't leave a tip. It was a change that came with my change.
