Found them on ClassPass and knew it was just what the dr ordered. I took the Saturday morning class, Alexiana was the sun and she was fabulous. Everyone that worked there was also stellar! They loaned me a mat and I was off to the races! The place is a whole vibe! I love the entry and the shopping area with cool little products and gifts. I was drawn to the cutest earrings, and literally every time I wear them (and it's a lot, they've become my go to!) someone compliments them and either asks if I made them or where I got them. Every time the earrings come up I think of this place and have a nice little memory. Class was great, got the wiggles out, did some good flows and transitions and built up a little sweat. One of the regulars said it was Alexianas best class. I did note there was no music, which left me in my head more, but it was also an opportunity to work on staying present! I saw there was also another space behind our class and people were taking some kind of training. I also liked the little space between class. Seemed like a spiritual place. I can't say enough good things. Tho I love my yoga studio, I fell in love with this place. I'm glad they're in different cities and parts of the state, or I'd have a tough choice! I would love to take a class outdoors and that's my plan for the summer.

Earlier this year, I was referred by another local Physical Therapist to the Atman Healing and Wellness. My home care Physical Therapy ended prematurely because of Medicare limits. I had many conversations with owner Dr. Cole Atman which aligned with my own priorities for wellness. His holistic approach is ideal for ANY one who wants to address recovery and maintain good health; physical and mental. Addressing only the physical aspects without the mental aspect is only half any good treatment plan. Since I am home bound, I am very grateful that Cole included outpatient PT at home. I've been working every week in my home with Dr.Brynn Honrada for the past 5 months! She is THE BEST physical therapist I've interacted with; both as a physician AND as a long time physical therapy patient with various PT settings including private and Kaiser. Her skills as a clinician are excellent as she has accurately assessed my current limitations and needs along with what would be best for me BEFORE we start our session. She helped me regain the ability to use my left shoulder (resuming activities of daily living) along with increasing range of motion and strength. The shoulder pain no longer wakes me every night. And she provided SPECIFIC stretches and exercises tailored for my limitations. It is the FIRST time in 30+ years of physical therapy where I did NOT have pain after the session or the home exercise programs! She answered ALL my concerns and questions as well as provide excellent preventive measures. Thank you Cole and Brynn!

I joined this gym 3 years back and it was cool even when Joe took over. Not too busy and a good…read morelocation with all the basic equipment. But after a couple months of the new ownership, Joe just became erratic. I have no issue with his religious stance but honestly I don't think bible verses and crosses belong in the gym. It makes people who aren't of that faith feel excluded and uncomfortable. Also, the crosses are made out of duct tape fyi. Plus his Instagram videos are so off putting. Lots of swearing and drinking, you really get a good glimpse of what this guy is like. He even went so far to stroke his ego to try and make a movie about himself. He could have definitely used that money instead to purchase new equipment for the gym. The poor gym has outdated equipment from the early 2000's, but don't fret he also installed a boxing arcade game that's not even plugged in and has no business being in a gym. The seats on some of the equipment are completely ripped through and he just put duct tape over it like a bandaid. He gets super defensive of anyone that makes complaints to the point where he's just trying to come off intimidating. The bathrooms are so sick. They are RARELY cleaned and always lacking products (toilet paper, soap, toilet seat covers). The smell is so unbearable and the trash is never taken out. I eventually had to cancel my membership, but he makes it near impossible. You can only cancel it through him and he will make sure not to return your calls, texts, or emails and by the time he does he'll make you pay for one more additional month before "cancelling". I suggest for anyone trying to cancel, once he "allows " you to cancel, make sure to call your card company and have the payments stopped from being charged. Because what he is notoriously known for is continuing to charge ex-members since he never gets rid of your card information. This business isn't even BBB verified because they don't respond to complaints. He also has people writing fake reviews on yelp with 5 stars and coincidentally there's no detailed information about the gym lol. I eventually left because this place was stressing me out and I couldn't continue coming to a gym where I felt unwanted and under appreciated. Also, this gym used to cost $50 a month and recently when I looked at the new prices I COULD NOT believe that it is now $100 per month. And for what? Outdated equipment, a lack of proper cleaning practices, and the trauma from having to deal with Joe's shady business practices.
