I was referred to Peak Wellness on Davison Ave. in Somerset, New Jersey, by a co-worker. At the…read morebeginning, everything seems well, very friendly and professional people. I had blood work done. When the results came back, I was told that I had too much B-12 in my system and I was to slow down the taking of the vitamin and everything was ok. I work in a school district, and I showed my school nurse the paperwork from the lab, Avantic Medical Lab. My nurse noticed that they had commented that read, "Royal BlueTube not received, please submit." I called Peak Wellness and told them what the lab had written in the report. They asked me to come to do the missing Royal Blue Tube. When I got there, they took three tubes instead of just what was missing. Days passed, and I did not hear from Peak Wellness, and I had asked them to email me the findings. The front desk person told me that she was trying to reach me. The information was that the lab had misplaced my blood samples. I called the lab, and they had my result the day after it was received, and I asked them to mail the results to me, which they did. And once again, the lab stated that the Royal Blue tube was missing. I call Peal Wellness, and they are asking that I return to do the test for a third time. I told them NO. And the explanation was garbage, the technician confused the tube because one had serum and the other didn't have serum. Please never go to Peak Wellness.
