It was disappointing not to get that extra heads-up, especially when it's for something important like my child's health. I hope the clinic can improve their communication or reminder system in the future to help avoid situations like this. We do appreciate the care they've provided in the past and hope to continue with them, just with a little more consistency on reminders. Since then I have been back 4 times! They have remade the lenses 3 times and still I am having headaches and dizziness from the glasses! I've been wearing eye glasses for 35 years and never had this kind of problem before! The last measurements were done by the doctor herself, which addressed a concern I had with the original measurements being done by the technicians. The glasses get better with each iteration, but 4 times??? Really guys??? It's been 4 months now and no solution. I've already paid them $1000 dollars so going somewhere else is not an option..
