Beware of Trudy. A small older woman, she is vicious in the changing rooms and hoists your bras left right and centre to get the perfect bosom. She knows her trade though - she will look at you and in an instant tell you what's wrong with the bra you're wearing and what size you should be wearing. Recently I was in there to get some Spanx (if you don't know what I'm talking about, think Bridget Jones knickers with extra support). I ended up chatting about the wonders of Bravissimo, and how it was a pity they didn't stock the same girly bras. To my surprise, they hauled out several catalogues and explained how their pricing was far more competitive than Bravissimo, but that no one bothered to ask. Considering I pay an average of £30 for a Bravissimo bra, I think I'll be frequenting Foner's once more to save my pennies. I'll just have to keep my arms crossed over my chest and avoid eye contact with Trudy.

I expected to be told she was serving another customer and would serve me when she was finished. I did not appreciate being ignored, especially as this is not a cheap shop. I went to bravissmo which was brilliant, there customer service was second to none. This is not the first poor experience I have here, several years ago I order a corset to be made, I paid half the price as a deposit and was told it would take 2 weeks, 2 weeks later it was not ready and I got a lecture about them being handmade and taking a while and I was told in another 4 weeks it would be ready. 6 weeks after my initial order I was told it would take another 2 weeks, after 8 weeks after my initial order it still wasn't ready. I had to spend a long time arguing to get my money back.
