I ended up chatting about the wonders of Bravissimo, and how it was a pity they didn't stock the same girly bras. To my surprise, they hauled out several catalogues and explained how their pricing was far more competitive than Bravissimo, but that no one bothered to ask. This is not the first poor experience I have here, several years ago I order a corset to be made, I paid half the price as a deposit and was told it would take 2 weeks, 2 weeks later it was not ready and I got a lecture about them being handmade and taking a while and I was told in another 4 weeks it would be ready. 6 weeks after my initial order I was told it would take another 2 weeks, after 8 weeks after my initial order it still wasn't ready. A selection of bras were ordered for my daughter and a week later we returned for her to try them on. After choosing one I was then asked to pay £27. Feeling this wasn't right, I spoke to the manager who said because they hadn't been returned within a couple of weeks the best she could do was offer a 10% discount. I didn't think this was good customer service, especially as they had fitted them in the first place, and would mean me spending £50 on my daughter's bras within 5 months.
