I called several home care providers who told me it would take as many as five days to find care givers. I needed someone to drive me home and begin care the next day. We Care could provide what I needed. They helped me complete the necessary forms, line by line. I was extremley anxious about being home. Diane and Sonia were able to support and encourage me through my anxious moments. They provided both physical and emotional support as I adjusted to being home. In addition, all my laundry was done, my bed changed, dishes washed, and my meals were prepared. They both went "above and beyond". I valued their companionship as I adjusted to being on my own. They became like surrogate family members, and I appreciate their caring and kindness above all.

What we're not going to do is rewrite what happened to make this sound like a scheduling…read moremisunderstanding or a communication issue on my end. That was never the issue. Screenshots attached. I spoke directly with Dr. Hank before traveling from Boston about my follow up and additional treatment so it could be handled during the same visit. I then arrived and found out he was not there. Your office told me he was in training and couldn't get out of it. Dr. Hank later told me he had a plumbing emergency at home. Those are two completely different explanations, and that's exactly why this felt misleading. Dr. Hank's text that "if travel and provider availability are important factors to you" is frankly absurd. Travel and provider availability should be important factors to every patient. That is not some unreasonable or unique concern of mine. Whether a patient is local or flying in, clear communication about who will be available and what to expect is basic professionalism. There are plenty of aesthetic practices that can perform these treatments. That is not the point. This was a follow up related to treatment I had already done with Dr. Hank, which is exactly why I flew in. Trying to reframe this as though I should simply go elsewhere completely misses the issue. As someone who also works in healthcare, I find the nonchalant handling of this especially concerning. Aesthetic practice or not, patients still deserve honesty, continuity, clear communication, and respect for their time. What's most concerning is not that something came up. It's the inconsistent explanations, the dismissive response, and the attempt to minimize a very valid complaint instead of just owning what happened. That's not a misunderstanding. That's poor communication and poor customer service.

I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.
