The exterior pane of glass on our sliding glass door was accidentally broken while we were having yard work done. Anlin responded super quickly to have a new dual pane manufactured, though it did have a long lead time due to it being custom. The replacement pane was damaged in transit and another replacement had to be ordered. No harm, no foul, accidents happen. Anlin then expedited the second replacement and got it to us within half the time quoted for the original. It was just replaced by Juan, who had the broken pane out and the new dual pane installed in under an hour. He was polite, professional, and did a phenomenal job. He even adjusted the flip lock on the door handle, which had never quite functioned properly. Juan, you are an absolute pro! Thank you! When we raised concerns about the scuffed finish of our windows the installer had the Anlin representative come and inspect them. When it is brighter outside than inside it is not as noticeable. But this is the way our windows look when it is dark outside. Since the inspection can be done anytime of day and the marks have to be seen from 10 feet away this is what is considered an acceptable finish by Anlin. I would caution any new buyer from purchasing unless this is what you would consider acceptable. I wish we would have known before hand. read more

The best customer service I've had in a long time! We had our windows replaced in 2016 through American Vision and chose Anlin. We noticed an issue recently, in between the glass panes on only one curved window. I reached out to AV, they quickly pulled up our file, sent a note to Anlin with the exact window that needed to be replaced. Anlin reached out to us within a day, said the window had been ordered and will schedule the day to replace when it comes in! I had new Anlin windows installed a few months ago. I had 20 large windows and a few that were smaller. Installation was done by Custom Exterior and they did an excellent job! We really love the new windows. This is our third home getting new windows and they are by far my favorite. They are so easy to open and close, and clean. During install: the windows have a nice film that they peel off after, which normally have stickers and cause residues which was always a problem in the past! I had a problem with one small window. I called the warranty company (Anlin) and they replaced immediately. No questions asked. I was very happy and satisfied with Fabian and Will who did the replacement. They wore their mask and kept their distance and did a great job replacing the defective window. I highly recommend. read more

Very disappointed at the quality of these windows. Purchased 9 replacement windows for total cost of over $20k. Did my homework and trusted Anlin and the AZ Window and Door Store. Like everyone I know ... I work hard for my money and expect a quality product and good customer service which is NOT what I received. Not sure how these windows made it through quality control process ....assuming they have one. AZ Window and Doors installed and acknowledged they damaged one window frame during installation along w notification of a screen that had a hole in it. That's all I was told. What I discovered: Multiple exterior chips and scratches on the outside frames, areas where the thermaguard did not properly adhere to the frame, frame to window sealant shrinkage and gapping, scratches on the interior cranks and closure hardware, multiple screens that did not align with the holes for the pegs to hold them in place, completely blown out kitchen screen, bathroom window screen holes drilled too large and screen does not fit, stretched and damaged screens, loose window lock mechanism which makes a noise, loose window lock mechanism which needed adjusting and a window seal that was defective and clearly visible to the installers. Scratches and chips on thermaguard exterior frames ... I paid additional $6k to help w AZ sun. Poor quality. After it rained on Friday, I cleaned the windows on Saturday AM ... water puddles and water stains discovered inside 2 window sills. There was construction debris in the window cases and in between the windows .... none were cleaned by the installers. The name of the technician was Jesse and he could not have been better. Jesse was not only a very nice, polite gentleman he did a great job on replacing the runner to make the door work like new. He called ahead with his ETA, ahead of the scheduled appointment time. His voicemail was clear and concise, he was friendly and professional. He arrived as his he aaid in his voicemail. Wow just wow. We installed Anlin windows almost 20 years ago. For the most part they have been stellar. But after 20 years of wear and tear things start to need maintenance or replacement. So we need to replace 2 sliding tracks, a bunch of window wheels, a screen door handle and two windows. I was bracing myself for the cost. But you only pay for labor. After 20 years all their parts and windows are guaranteed. I was waiting for the loophole or someway they were going to get us to pay. So when they said we would have to pay for labor I was expecting some inflated price. Nope. Very reasonable. Way way less than I was expecting. Very very happy that we made the great decision 20 years ago to purchase our homes windows with Anlin. read more

We recently had some window warranty work done to replace some damaged sliders and their corresponding fixed window panes. William came out to check and measure the damaged windows and compute labor charges (windows have lifetime warranty; labor only 10 years). Approximately a month later Fabian and William came and swapped out the damaged windows. They were very efficient and proficient and obviously enjoyed their work. It was truly a pleasure watching them work. They spent around three hours working at our place. We had zero concerns or problems with their work. Super quality and cohesiveness.
