We recently had our new Anlin windows installed. This review will primarily cover my experience with the company as opposed to the product itself. Lots of people already know that it's superior so I won't expand on it too much. It is definitely of high quality with a lifetime warranty! During the installation our installers noticed a 3 inch long scratch on one of the glass panes of the sliding part of a single hung window. The installers quickly called Anlin directly and reported to me that one of the reps will be in contact soon. Just a side note: my hired installer and Anlin are two separate parties. As the installers were cleaning up at the end of the day, I received a call from Andrew at Anlin trying to schedule a time for them to come and replace the glass. I was surprised to hear from him so quickly, even before the new windows' sealant was dry! We setup a time for Anlin to come. In the mean time, I heavily debated on even replacing the glass. Questions like "Will the new pane be as good as if it left the factory?" or "How is the pane removed from the frame?" to "Should I even replace the glass for such a small issue (probably due to transit mishandling)?"...All of these buzzed though my head since I was concerned with the rework integrity. Admittedly I am highly particular when it comes to house repair! I called Anlin to reschedule due to heavy rain in my area. I wanted to delay it two weeks out for me to research further and to weigh the cost of having a scratched window with a factory seal, or a scratch-free window with a reworked seal (told you I was particular). The scheduler explained that their techs are only out in the southern California area for a certain timeframe and a delay will cause the new replacement glass to sit at the warehouse risking damage. Understandably and with slight trepidation, I agreed to only a week's time. Certainly my concerns are not due to Anlin whatsoever but how they helped me through it is what I'm trying to convey here. Talking to the them on 3 separate occasions eventually did put my mind at ease with them explaining that the two panes of replacement glass are sealed with gas at the factory with the grid lines installed, then is brought to my home as a whole unit. The old glass is removed from the frame via putty knife and the new glass installed and sealed. This made sense to me but I still was not 100% convinced a rework is what was best. When the replacement installation day came, I received a call from Alberto from Anlin. He was the technician responsible for my job, and he stated he would be at my residence in the next 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and introduced himself. I showed him the problematic pane and he confirmed it was indeed a scratch. He explained that sometimes the factory inadvertently leaves streaks of silicone during the build process and some of it gets on the glass which I noticed on my other windows albeit in very tiny sections overlooked by the casual observer. This usually comes off with your fingernail but Alberto confirmed this was not the case for my glass. I asked him more questions on the method of pane replacement, how the glass was accessed, and the new panel replaced and sealed. He took the time to explain to me all these details which ultimately convinced me to proceed with the replacement! My primary concern was that the window would not look the same or had the same sealed integrity as if it left the factory since it was in essence "pulled apart". Alberto assured me it would be sealed well! He finished in only 20 minutes after taking the window off the frame and bringing it to his truck to rework. The glass was replaced and more importantly the workmanship was there, barely seeing no signs of a rework! Alberto instructed me not to move the glass for 48 hours to ensure proper time to cure. Upon conclusion of the work, his supervisor (I assume) came in and asked how Alberto did. I gave him the same feedback as I write here; professional and courteous, answered my questions, and performed the job well and timely! I did not notice until they left that the glass was installed backwards to the frame compared to the other adjacent hung windows, by evidence of the grid line inner seals. This is very very minor, a nit pick of a perfectionist, and not worth a rework again! The plain grids look the same front or back so it aesthetically doesn't matter. Overall, with all my interactions with Anlin, I am very confident in them and am glad to have an amazing warranty with no hoops to jump through to claim it. Having a company as outstanding as their product is a rarity! Thank you Anlin for the learned experience and patience in answering my questions. As one who has worked in the window industry for 16 years, and has been to almost every major window manufacturing plant in CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, OH, and WV, I can assure you with authority that there is none better than Anlin. The good people of Fresno/Clovis should be proud of this local regional manufacturer who often beats some of the largest national manufacturers by just being better than them at virtually every aspect of manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and service. Here's why they are the best: They are one of the last family privately owned window companies on the West Coast. The employees actually care about quality and enjoy working there! They are not owned by a holding company, or private equity firm with a board of directors that are only looking at numbers. They have an owner who cares about his employees and it really shows in the loyalty and professionalism of all who work there. They have the latest state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. For example, they are the only factory on the west coast that has a flood-fill argon gas chamber. In other words, the insulated glass is "sandwiched" (sealed) in a chamber filled with pure argon gas. The chamber actually changes size depending on the size of the glass. I have never seen this before as most companies have to poke holes in the spacer to argon fill using a timer based on the size of the sealed insulated glass unit - sometimes this can result in errors like not a completely filled SIG unit. Sounds tedious but it does make a difference for lower U-factors and getting what you paid for! They make one the best window designs I have ever seen in the Catalina and Coronado series. Even the new budget series, Monte Verde, is a better design with better ratings than most out there. They have the best glass package with Infinit-e Plus that gives better U-factor (winter nightime heat loss) and SHGC values (summer daytime heat gain) than most of their competitors. They use a proprietary no metal superspacer and have Neat low maintenance glass standard. Check out this website from their supplier. In addition to 100% recommending this company and their windows.... (Please note use ONLY Concord Rep and AVOID Pleasanton Dealer - you can figure out those names on your own - see my review of Pleasanton Dealer - #shivers) I want to call out two service technician Andrew S and Fabian R. Windows and doors with sound package are better than expected but with all the competition I'm sure you might find something you can compare... but let's talk customer service. No big box store would treat you like Anlin treated me. I call out two tech and you might wonder why do I need repairs on new windows. 1st one was for a dangling spacer (using the word dangling is a far stretch form the actual level of the issue) - really minor cosmetic and I called to note it just in case year later it fell or became an issue - but at install it was not a problem. The company's attitude - this was unacceptable and came to repair. My door also seemed a smidge off on alignment and while contractor installed, they could have mocked them and made it better as "the experts"... which they did make it better, instead of saying contractor could have done a better job, they complemented the install and just added a little internal Meg magic to make it better. That is high road professionalism. 2nd repair - same door - looks like a bad seal... so in theory this door just had its fate cut out for it day 1 - stuff happens and given 12 weeks of remodel work - this is nothing more than a punch list item. When I called - it was NO QUESTIONS ASKED - new door. No debating or selling or trying to see if it was a freak occurrence or odd sun angle... wait a few months and see if the 'ghost' appears again. None of that - just we will call you when new door ready to arrange install. Now this is one piece of a large project - and all the windows were spot on and amazing - part of my house is still with original old dual pain windows (from some other company) - but if I ever want to upgrade to even better sounds/heat protection with almost 15 year newer tech Windows, I will use Anlin w/o hesitation or doubt Thank you so much and while I never hope to see your techs again :-) LOL....if I do I know I will be treated well. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Anlin as a company as well as their high quality products. I am with JZ Construction and we have been installing Anlin Windows over the Central Valley for 30 years now and have always had such great experiences that I couldn't be more proud to represent this company. What prompt me to write a review was recently we did an install and my installer found a very small crack in the bottom corner of the window as well as a hairline crack in the vinyl. He took a picture of it and brought it back to me in the showroom at 3:30pm. I sent the pictures and service info to the Anlin Service department at 4pm. (BTW-Anlin Catalina has a Lifetime Warranty that covers parts, labor, and accidental glass breakage so this was a quick fix for our customer). After I sent them my customer info and the warranty issue they contacted my customer within an hour! My customer called the next day saying by 5pm that night he already had a voicemail from Anlin Service saying they received the issue and will be calling them in a few days to schedule a time for someone to come out NEXT WEEK! WOW!! That is some high class service right there that not only thrilled us as a dealer but thrilled my customer!!! Anlin has a very high quality product and honor their warranty. Their service department is the best compared to any other brand I've had to deal with. They quickly let the customer know they've received the info on the issue and let them know they will be calling them soon to schedule. I am very proud to be apart of a company that installs Anlin Windows and have had nothing but positive experiences working hand in hand with them. I had Anlin windows installed throughout my house in 2001 by a local company. When a couple of the springs broke (now 16 years later) I was disappointed to learn that the company that installed my windows was now out of business. What was I to do? Thankfully, someone mentioned to check the manufacturer warranty. I dug up my old paperwork and discovered that Anlin produced the windows and a copy of their warranty. I called and the friendly person told me that my parts would still be covered and they had someone locally who could do the work. That set my mind at ease. Today Pudge S came out to service the windows and repair the springs. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He got right to work and asked if I had been cleaning the tracks regularly. I was not informed by the installer that I should do that - so no. He pointed out that the build up of grime causes the window performance to degrade and a good cleaning/removal of the build up and regular cleaning afterwards will keep the windows operating smoothly and efficiently. He was spot on - even the basic clean up improved performance greatly. I can't wait to get them really cleaned out and moving well. He got the springs replaced quickly and I am happy to have working windows again. The hourly fee is a bit steep and hope that this could be reduced in future. But I'm glad to have all windows operational and quick, excellent, and professional service from Pudge and the Anlin team. We actually didn't realize exactly what we were purchasing when we had new Anlin windows installed throughout our home for energy efficiency, but so far, they're pretty great and look amazing. So form is great, but function? We'll see. Will be interesting to see how these windows get us through the next rainy season or the next time the neighbors throw a noisy backyard party. Time will tell on that front... But the reason for the highly rated review is to give props to Ryan Dall who was our windows service tech. He arrived to assess the installation job and also addressed a few minor mess-ups by the original window installation company. Ryan took care of the issues quickly (replaced a missing screen door lock and adjusted window screens that appeared to slightly open where they shouldn't). He also returned a second time to install a missing window screen. These slipups weren't necessarily Anlin's work, but they still fixed everything because the lifetime guarantee is behind their product. And Ryan was friendly, efficient, and really good at explaining everything -- you can tell he knows his stuff. He also arrived on time for both appointments and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the service and product we invested in. It's employees like him that make consumers big believers in a product. I may not have initially considered reviewing or recommending this product to friends, but given Anlin's professional and courteous team, and a lifetime guarantee they seem to truly stand by, I'm glad to spread the word about their brand and very happy with our purchase. read more

We bought our house 4 years ago with both sets of our 8x8 sliding doors not operating well. Their function deteriorated until they were unusable. It appeared that the track systems had cracked and warped. Looking at the labels and with a bit of sleuthing I was able to identify them as an Anlin product from 2006. I submitted a request through their website and heard nothing after a week so I called. I was put in touch with Sean who took my information, explained the service call charge and said someone would call in a week to schedule an appointment. A week passed and as I was about to call again I received a call from Ivan who scheduled the appointment. He explained who would be calling me and when on the day of our service call.Both were professional and helpful. On the day of the appointment I received a call from Jesse as promised. He was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK to arrive early. I told Iván that since neither I nor my husband would be there that my mother in law who was visiting would be at the house. Apparently the communication between departments is good because Jesse knew he situation. We live in a gated community and it can sometimes be tricky to find our house So despite giving detailed directions, many get it wrong. Jesse found us no problem. He handled the repair beautifully. Our doors operate great! He contacted me post repair and explained what he did. Best yet the cost was exactly as Sean quoted it at the very start. We're very happy. read more

I had new windows installed in March of 2018. In May, a neighbor and I were discussing my new windows and he noted a crack in one of the glass panels on my new kitchen window. Well, I was about to find out about how to use the warranty that came with the windows. The person in charge of appointments was OK. Pretty much matter of fact. Yet, their installer, Ryan showed up to repair the window and he was very polite and gracious. He, unlike many now-a-days, could have conversation and did a great job at replacing the glass panel. It was all done in less than a half hour and Ryan even asked to make sure that I understood all about my warranty. There was actually a few things that I hadn't read about, but he was sure to tell me. He thought ahead and beyond his job classification. Nice touch. I also had another window that I had purchased from Home Depot that I couldn't use, but could not return. Ryan explained to a possible solution to that problem as well, so that it will be a write off come tax time. Ryan is a great employee with a great personality and is sincere. These are rare values in any employee anymore, with any company. Being a baby boomer, when I grew up, it was the biggest asset to a business. Glad to see that someone still works that way. We purchased Anlin windows back in 2003 and they have been perfect to date. They look beautiful, but a visitor we had in our guest room accidentally broke the lock on one of the windows. I dug through my paperwork and found the warranty paperwork and called. When I spoke with Ricardo, he asked me a few questions, found me in their system, quoted me the charge to come out, and told me I would be scheduled for a technician within a few days. No hassles, just great customer service. Soon after, I received a call from Sergio who scheduled me with no problem. Then Jesse came out to the house to make the repair. He was respectful of my home, and showed me step by step what he was doing to fix the broken latch. I liked that he was proactive about showing me how to remove the window from the track so I could clean it and self-service it to keep it functioning for many years to come. He also insured me that if I needed any more parts in the future to just call and they would send them to me. My repair was so quick and small; he said he felt bad charging me. He called the office and they very kindly prorated me to a very fair fee. I must say that the service and the windows are of the highest quality, and I am 100% satisfied with both. What I thought would be "just another hassle", turned out to be a pleasure thanks to the product and more importantly the staff that I encountered. read more

We ordered 9 Del Mar Series Windows + 1 Malibu Sliding Door made by Anlin Windows (superior to Catalina, Coronado, Bayview and Monteverde Series), installed by Northwest Window & Siding Specialists (5*) in Fresno, who did an awesome job. However due to Pandemc, we had to wait 4x as long to have our windows with colored bronze vinyl frames prepared by Anlin Factory (18 weeks total instead of normal 4-6 weeks) and they arrived with a few mistakes (we ordered bronze colored locks, however 8 came with white locks, one large XOX window was back ordered, then arrived 3 weeks later but had a panel, with some inclusions facing Argon gas, that needed replacing, and slider door handle jiggled). So why the great review? Because the products are superior quality and the customer service was good. They said they would call in exactly 3 weeks of installation to fix the problems, and they did. The factry sent technician Brandon (5*), who came out today to fix the mistakes. He did a great job, in a timely manner, was very helpful, pleasant and professional and made some great suggestions on how to keep the windows functioning well (use Spray-Away Foam Glass Cleaner, Silicone Lubricant & Mr. Clean Magical Eraser Extra Durable for touch-up smudges). Overall we are very pleased with the look and function of our energy efficent double-pane Low-E coating (Infinite E3 Plus) Anlin windows. read more

My heart is overflowing with joy and gratitude from the Excellent customer service I received from Anna Gama at Anlin Window Systems. After over a week of rube and terrible customer service dealing with my 3rd party Dealer Elite Home Energy to replace my broken patio door; I was finally able to find a phone number to reach the Anlin manufacture. I left them a message on Saturday and received a return call from Anna first thing Monday morning. Anna was amazing and patiently listen to my horror story with Elite; she was so kind and supportive and made me feel like I was her only customer. Not only was she able to find my paper from 2006 in seconds, she was also able to provide me with a quote in minutes, which she promptly emailed to me. She also took extra steps to get me an expedited install date, so I wouldn't have to cancel our 4th of July party at my home. THIS IS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My door is scheduled to be replaced next week and my party can go on as planned; I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Anlin Window Systems, This is definitely the company I recommend and will call for future services; I'm recommending a raise for Anna Gama! She has earned it.
