They have a lot of specialty food items (vegan, gluten-free, etc.). There's some produce but I wouldn't recommend getting produce here. I saw that they have a deli and they make sushi as well but I haven't tried their prepared food; will update my review if I try it ! Considering the size of the store's footprint and the economics of small stores and natural foods, I find this store's selection and pricing remarkably comparable to what I'm used to. Are the aisles crowded? Of course... ditto the stores I patronized in Manhattan.Do they stock everything I could possibly want? No. But what they do stock FAR exceeds what I can fit in my fridge and kitchen cabinets. I've seen some reviewers say checkout staff is rude... What the heck. I always find them friendly and delightful. The staff members that work in the aisles are likewise. I love this place!
