Friendly and helpful, like they actually enjoy being there and serving their patients. Dr. Rodriguez is great! He's very informative and energetic. Our appointments have been on time and some ended sooner than we expected due to how fast they move. They have made the entire experience extremely pleasant for both my child and I. This is a dental office in the community that takes advantage of people by overcharging their insurance and not providing basic services, such as an initial consultation with a cleaning, I scheduled an appointment for me and my family and I read the reviews before going in once I arrived I asked if my initial appointment included a basic dental cleaning and I was told no that all I would get would be x-rays. This is unacceptable as a new patient you're supposed to get x-rays and an initial cleaning, I decided to not get services here told them never mind and I will be finding someone else

I wouldn't recommend this orthodontist to my worst enemy. It is run by dental assistants and you…read morehardly ever get seen by the orthodontist. Whenever the assistant gets through working on your teeth, you have to wait for the orthodontist to look them over, which is a joke in itself because they can't ever find him. He is usually sitting in the back eating all day. When it was time for my braces to come off, he cut my gums to shreds and didn't remove all the cement. He can't even keep his hands from shaking. They also have a bad habit of telling you that you need unnecessary work by fleecing your pocket book. My daughter also had braces and a permanent retainer was installed on her bottom teeth ( by the dental assistant) and not even a year later, they haVe shifted and she needs braces again. This place is a slaughter house ran by inexperienced teenagers. They don't even Dede ever 1 star but I was required to give them one.

I just want to take a moment to thank Breezy for being so patient and kind with me. I originally went in thinking I would have to get my tooth removed due to financial concerns and honestly, fear of needing a root canal. Breezy took her time with me, reassured me, and encouraged me to save my tooth by getting the root canal and crown instead. Because of her, I spoke with the office manager and was able to get on a payment plan that worked for my budget while still getting started the same day. When I went to the back, Breezy literally held my hand while I was being numbed and never left my side. That meant more to me than she probably knows. Her kindness and patience truly made a difference. I also want to thank Dr. Michael Wistrom, who performed my procedure--you were incredibly gentle, patient, and efficient. The procedure was quick and, most importantly, painless. As the numbness is wearing off, I feel great--no discomfort at all. As a busy mom, I was so nervous about the aftermath, but I honestly feel amazing. This experience gave me the confidence to move forward with completing the rest of my dental work. Breezy, you are truly special. You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in your care. I pray you continue to be successful--you really touched me today. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, especially in this field. I can't wait to come back for my permanent crown. Thank you all again!

I have been a patient for over a year at this practice and witnessed a persistent lack of communication and transparency regarding office policies--particularly their appointment grace period, which is nowhere clearly posted or communicated in emails reminders, in the office, or via direct communication from the staff when confirming appointments. The office is nice and is definitely geared towards children. My dentist was Dr. Tekbali, and she's very personable and caring. Her work was equally excellent (thorough yet gentle). She answers every question you may have and provides advice on how to better care for your teeth. She did not rush through my visit and did not try to sell unnecessary treatments. Her assistant was also well-trained. I had experiences at other offices where the assistant would not adequately/properly suction the water or saliva... you can imagine the mess that caused. I experienced none of that trauma here. In all, I highly recommend Dr. Tekbali!

The black male doctor there should receive a standing ovation for his text book knowledge and…read moreperfect practices, however the woman Ruby in the front should be fired. She charged me my whole dental premium for one root canal, did not properly address anything that my insurance already covered and completely failed me as a customer, then on top of it, this unintelligible woman literally told me I still owe $50 something dollars on my account despite paying an insane amount of money to have high deductibles. A year later I switched jobs and dentists just not to have to look at Ruby's face ever again. I needed two not one root canals and people who have no insurance have paid far less than I have for one tooth which was only $600.00 (AT THE SAME PLACE!). I will never go back to that place again. She is the worst person I have ever come across in dentistry. $1500 for one tooth, no cavities filled and assed out on a premium. Insanity. Then she waited until December to tell me about a payment plan. Do not go here. Ruby is vile. They need to replace Ruby and put someone else in the front. Hearing her voice on the phone just reminded me of how I almost got blood clots if I waited any longer. FIRE HER.
