If I could give 0 stars I would, my complaint is with the Financial Ombudsman and RVS , they used an old fashioned method of dealing with a ear problem the dog is now disabled and has lost his balance on that side of his body. Charged me for swabs that I did not approve. Told me its ok as this is covered from your insurance then when Tesco insurance asked for the claim they told them it was due to allergies. The dog had ecoli in his ear that is not an allergy. I asked to meet with the owner and this was denied. They have now sold the debt to a debt collector who has added a further £400 to the bill which is £1900 , the dog is still suffering and all they care about is the money. Always vets in there that are locums shocking way to deal with a customer who has been there 20+ years I am hoping the Financial Ombudsman will prevail and teach them customer service and complaint handling in general! read more
