I would highly recommend this service to any pet owners as it is a fitting tribute to our beloved friends.

Last weekend we collected my dog from Gelli kennels where he has had a two week stay. He did stay…read morethere last year but what a difference. We had a particularly late flight and as I have health issues we were about 20 mins late collecting him. We apologized for this and was made to feel like naughty children and paid a small amount extra. However they did not have his lead and brought him out on a choker lead which I don't like to be honest. He does pull when walked but a choker is not needed as he is not a big dog. He seemed upset and seemed to have a problem with his neck for the following few days when we walked him at home so I was a little concerned so I e mailed the kennels not to complain but just enquiring. Well the barrage of abuse I had back from Caryl Watson was concerning as well as being rude and insulting. I did reply as briefly and measured as I could but again just got a load of abuse even asking if I was mental. Never known such rudeness !!!! I have nothing further to say other than I will not be taking my dog anyway near them and definitely DO Not RECOMMEND this kennels

Well to say i'm angry is putting it mild. Tumble Vets are shockingly bad. I will NEVER have to take…read moreany of them there again, thankfully. When i took my Lurcher this morning, upon arrival i didn't receive any eye contact. I just heard "whats the dogs name?" There was no consultation with the vet. I must add, Brian (Vet) has been extremely professional WHEN i've received consultations with various other pets. Its the reception staff. So then still without engaging she came round to take paddy from me and started to DRAG him by his lead which is a slip lead......so tightens with each YANK!! So after seeing my reaction she actually spoke to paddy and still being resistant he went with her. Still no eye contact with myself, just 'Call after 1pm' as she disappeared. So we arrive at the vets at 3.30pm to collect him, as she had stated on the phone. The Surgery was shut but she arrived shortly after. No apology or even a hello. When we enter there is another receptionist present, and sadly presented same attitude and disregard. We stood around like fools until she comes out and passes me several pack of tablets saying 'start them tomorrow'. Finally when we are reunited with my lurcher, instantly noticing that they hadn't cut his claws. I had specified this with her and was wrote on the sudation form i had to sign. Which i predicted verbally with my partner beforehand that would 'Forget'. When i asked if they had been done, she appeared a little agitated and looked. Then added 'The quicks were far too low so we didn't do it'. We just left, after paying £145 i could no longer be there as i was at risk of voicing my opinion, rather loudly. We have been observing his nails over the weeks and the quicks are very much retracted. I have a phobia of cutting dog claws, which is why i haven't cut them. So in the end, no customer service or consultation. Nor is there any communication between vets and staff, which i find very disturbing. I know animals aren't regarded highly by most but they are our children and i want to know everything when it comes to their health. Complaint going into the emerald vet group. Not acceptable.
