I can't help but wonder what exactly needs to be finalized after this much time. He seems like a great doctor but his front desk person, Bridget, is less than helpful and it is my impression that she is dishonest. I don't know that for sure, but I don't think the doctor knows what is going on. So far, 3 messages to him have gone unanswered. We just want to take our business elsewhere but we need the medical records to establish care somewhere else.

In fact new client appointments at our vet is 5 months out! Our vet recommended Polar Pets to get the necessary documents to fly. He checked her over and while there Onyx needed a Cytopoint Allergy Injection so he took care of that and told us around breakup time in Alaska dogs can get extra itchy. Really nice new operation and a very friendly Dr. Rizor and staff! Very happy our Vet recommended them! They handled everything perfectly and it's a family run operation. FYI Pricing is listed on their website for dog, cat and also varied services like travel too.

She had puppy vaccine and 1year vaccine. 14 months after her 1year vaccine we went in for pre-spay appointment and was told her vaccine expired 4 months ago and she had to have another before they would spay her. Their policy is yearly. State guidelines didn't matter, antibodies didn't matter but I think money did matter. Do you really want to take an animal you love to someone who refuses to listen to your concerns. Your choice.

My pup is waiting at the door at 6am to go play with his friends! He is tired when he gets home, and I feel very safe leaving him there overnight. (Sometimes, I think that he'd rather be there then at home. lol) The prices are the best in town, and you can drop-off / pick-up any time. You don't have to have a set schedule, which makes a world of difference as far as my own schedule. The owner, John, is always welcoming, excited, and knowledgeable! The girls who work there are also so kind and ready to greet Romer, even at 6:30am in the morning. I highly recommend this place and tell everyone I know about how great it is. If you have a pup/dog and want him to have a fun day, this is the place for you!

My puppy died at this facility! Terrible and heart breaking…read more The second day my puppy was at this facility (Happy Dog Day Camp) on Tudor, she was brought to the local emergency vet dead. Equally appalling and unacceptable is that it took the owner approximately two days to get back to me in regards to what happened. It took 15 days to finally find out what happened to my dog and APD had to get involved. My 5 month old puppy was attacked by another dog, and according to the autopsy, died a traumatic death. There are no cameras at this facility that could have put an end to this tragedy. There are no words that can describe the pain my family and I have gone through. If you love your pets, do not board them here.

The big gate was opened with workers beginning to leave, unfortunately our dog Chip went through the gate and from what I could see, several of the workers should have seen our dog Chip to bring him back into the side yard. Unfortunately I had to get to a job interview and was late, several many of the workers were just hanging out. I hope that one of them would have gotten Chip back into the side yard w the gate, but mistakenly presumed that someone would noticed him outside the gate. I will never leave again w/o notifying the workers. Thankfully I was able to find him in the woods approx between 45m to approx 60 mins behind Totem Theatre / the big parking lot etc. I attempted to call the owner with Trooper Scoopers to give a few concerns, but not sure if given the actual name of the owner as I have few things to give a heads up about. It was also indicated that the owner was given info that "gate latch" was NOT working correctly. I had my spouse show me the gate latch and how it works. And it worked just fine, no issues, appears that maybe those working didn't know how it was to work. The owner never reached out to us on this issue to let us know of their concern. We have pictures of the gate latch showing no damage etc. I can send those screenshots via an email for you to see.
