This company solicited us from a Facebook post during our search for a…read morevideographer for our wedding, and decided to CANCEL on us based on the "terms in their contract". After meeting with both partners and expressing our interest in using them, and even as far as going through the contract with one of them on the phone, it was expressly clear of our intent to hire them for our wedding. Especially after signing and returning the contract SAME DAY. My fiancee informed one of the partners that she needed to move some funds into her checking account in order to pay them for the agreed upon total of the contract, come to find out, we did not pay them within their "48-hour payment window". While this is stipulated in the fine print of their contract, funds were being moved over a weekend (Sunday / bank closure) as we told them, and upon follow up of payment after the funds cleared, this company informed us they have already engaged with another party to work with over our wedding weekend without a single word from them. Nice people to talk to, will stab you in the back with the "terms of their contract". Do not book them if you are in need of a wedding videographer, or your plans will change quickly!

Laky and his team went above and beyond on our wedding day! A few days before, we video called with…read moreLaky so he had an idea about what we wanted in our video (we shared a google doc with video ideas we specifically wanted to get and he also inputted ideas that made our wedding video even better in the end). Through his work experience, he was already familiar with our culture, so it made easier when we explained how we wanted our religious ceremony captured. In the end, Laky incorporated our religious ceremony perfectly into the wedding video because he took the time to learn about the different parts of the ceremony (it was in a different language), and portrayed the ceremony correctly with the correct background music we wanted for each section, even following up multiple times to ensure it was correct. Post ceremony on the day of, there was a miscommunication with our photographer, but Laky immediately stepped in and confidently directed us...he saved the day by photographing our day for us with no hesitation! For our couple photos, we had another problem because the photo spot we had in mind was closed off and Laky was, again, quick to pivot and found us amazing spots around our reception venue. I am not naturally photogenic, unlike my husband, but Laky and his team made us feel so comfortable with their effortless conversation. Their demeanour kept us relaxed and in the moment. We also really appreciated that they helped direct us and gave us certain poses and prompts when we didn't know what to do. Because of this we got the shots we love so much. Post wedding, some of our guests mentioned they also used this company for their own wedding and they also really enjoyed their wedding day with them. Our wedding had 130 guests, and it was a morning event. During the six hours of our wedding, he captured so MANY photos for us! I remember showing them to our friends, and they were all shocked at how one person managed to capture so much. He is very passionate about what he does and about the people he photographs. Will was kind enough to even show up to our wedding rehearsal just to check out the venue in advance. We're not the most photogenic couple, but we're so grateful he was able to capture so many excellent, candid, and natural shots throughout the day.
