FORMERLY WRITTEN; Ungodly! $700+ hundred for a tune. I was quoted $275/280 a few months back. Took it there because the cost was a gift, or I would have done it myself. After the work was done they want to charge me over $700 for a tune up! I could've bought a beater for that much! Gave them 1 star because that is the lowest I could choose!

I am glad I discovered Tony's in Bryan, Ohio. They had a good selection of the Vintage models we liked best. The were very easy to work with, took care of the details and when I "lost" a hubcap on the way home (they sent me a new one) ! There was also a small glitch with the furnace - Tom found a place in Phoenix area to look at it and make the minor repair. I had to pay $67 but Tony told me to send him the receipt and he would reimburse me ! These guys (and gals) are STAND UP people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or if anyone wants to contact me - I'd be more than happy to answer any questions anyone has about buying a trailer in a different state than where you live.

Checked with our local GS dealer in the Sacramento, CA, area and was cited a purchase price. The dealership wouldn't negotiate and literally laughed at our offer, which was reasonable, based on my knowledge of the markup on these units (which I had determined during my research). I was directed by other GS owners to TONY'S RVs and called Tony. Told him what I wanted and he called me back 15 minutes later with a price $9,000 below what our local dealer had quoted. Because we were coming from "out of the area" Tony insisted we spend the night on his lot in the trailer (with full hookups).to make sure everything was okay. Great team, great experience - it's how ALL RV sales should be handled - and just an honest, straight-forward, great guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY'S RV !!!

Well, I ordered a new pontoon from them about five years ago and have been pleased with it and the services they provide ever since. They service it every year for me, winterizing it and storing so I don't need a trailer. They have fixed my propeller a couple of times from my bad habit of getting into the shallows and now raising my engine. Anyway, Tracy and his crew are great to work with...I recommend them. They called me up shortly and told me that the impeller was improperly replaced and some components were out in backwards causing it to malfunction and overheat. This response didn't really surprise me. Even the bad customer service is now reinforced by shoddy craftsmanship. Stay clear of this marina unless you want to be treated badly and have work improperly performed.

I immediately took it back they looked at it again, this time they told me there was a crack in the valve cover itself. Why they didn't catch that the first time I don't know. So they put new valve covers on. They charged me $700.00 labor both times, first to change the valve cover gasket then the second time to replace the valve cover. They should have replaced the cracked valve cover the first time when they replaced the gasket. I felt they should have discounted some of the labor on my second trip there. I didn't expect them to do it for free, but to charge me $700.00 both times was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
