My husband and I shopped at many stores for two power recliners, wanting to stick with a name brand since the two we had bought only several years ago from Bob's Discount Furniture had become defective and were not covered by the warrantee we purchased. That story is a whole other review. We visited the Lewiston store and met our wonderful sales person, Dawn, who helped us choose the right chair as well as match the fabric choice to our living room oriental. And they are perfect!!!! The chairs were manufactured by LazyBoy and took at least 6 weeks to construct and ship. They arrived ontime and the scheduler at FX Marcotte honored our request to have them delivered ASAP. Today, Ryan and Wes delivered our chairs on time as promised ,(did I mention NO DELIVERY CHARGE) provided set up and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. As hot as it was, they were smiling and friendly, capping off the best furniture purchase of the Shaw family. We will be back for sure and have no problem recommending FX Marcotte to our friends.
