I've been to diff locations over 8 times now since I first tried this vendor a month ago. I love it. Packed tacos! Asada tacos are just right nothing over seasoned. They do charcoal or fire grill the meat not on the metal flat grill. Go for the cabeza if you want something a little heavy tender and juicy. I haven't tried the pastor but I heard it's really really good. Next time I'll try it IF I order less tacos. They taste like similar vendors I've tried in fontana, so nothing special. The Carne asada has enough salt, the guacamole salsa is good, and the green one is mega spicy. Four and a half stars. Amazing little taco stand near a very busy street. Parking is on the side but just be careful when getting out or in for the cars come flying passed you no matter what the time. I ordered their special which was a burrito with cheese (cheese is cooked well onto the burrito prior to putting the deliciousness in it) then I was filled with meat that was slowly cooking on the spit with pineapple on top. There were burritos and all kinds of tacos that were bought. We ordered them filled with all their delicious meats and they topped them all with fresh cilantro and onion. Their sauces were on point and had a nice kick to them. We added all three sauces and it was good. The ambiance is just a side of the road. No seating, no chairs because I would think that that would be risky for them. You order, they're fast and you go home. They also make their taco shell fresh there in front of you. read more

I found this spot on IG , looked really tasty so I thought I'd stop by after work. I ordered 9 tacos 2 burritos and 1 agua. My first thought was the employees seem frustrated annoyed and not friendly. But I figure I'd try the food anyway , I got home and only had 6 tacos , yup but I paid for 9. The guac would've been better on the side only because the food is covered in foil and it wasn't a good mix. If you're eating there on the tacos would be good , which I'm sure you won't because they don't have chairs or anything to eat there. These tacos are nothing like Tijuana tacos, they should highly consider changing their name. The tacos here are so greasy that grease literally drips out and jeopardizes the integrity of the tortilla. Although they give you generous portions and the tortillas are hand made, the tacos are still not worth it. Only come here if you are desperate for tacos and this place is the last resort. I just wish me and my fiancé were treated better by the employees. We spent 50 dollars there because we were so excited to try the food since my parents had tried the food and loved it. We were laughed at and mocked for simply not speaking Spanish. I am a first generation mexican but i am a no sabo kid. i've never been treated like that, when I especially tried my best to communicate with them. they may have not laughed to a point we're it was loud but you could tell they were trying to hide it and didn't hide it well. they also made my fiancé feel dumb for not wanting meat on her Angel's potato. I get that it's something different but my gf hasn't eaten meat in 15 years. she's always respectful and understands not everywhere can accommodate. We were still willing to pay full price. In the end we went home feeling very sad and couldn't even enjoy our food because we were just made fools of. I would have loved to continue to support. I hope they treat others better. Kindness isn't always easy to come by now and days so the fact we still smiled thru it all says a lot, I feel. sad to say we enjoyed our food. I saw this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. But the quality of food and service left me with disappointment. I had to wait about 45 mins on a weekday. The line did not look that long, but I guess service is not fast enough. But what makes me disappointed the most is the quality of the food. Even though they are very generous with the meat portion, everything is very salty. I ordered cabeza, al pastor, carne asada, and chorizo. And all of them were salty. Tortilla is handmade, but flavor is not special. It breaks apart easily as well because there're a lot of meat and toppings. I was just at the fontana location, was already waiting in line for 20 minutes and the lady making tortillas (white striped long sleeve shirt with a braid) steps off to the side to wipe her sweat with a towel. She uses it various times, folding it to keep wiping her face, and proceeds to make more tortillas. This was so gross. Covid or no covid, she should change her gloves after cleaning her sweat off. I get it, it's hot and she's near the heat but the people should not be served food with her sweat on it. Was looking forward to trying the food for the first time. Now I wonder what we don't see. This business is amazing! I had driven by their stand so many times and saw the line and wondered if it would be worth it! It does live up to the hype! I reserve judgment on any taco stand until I can test out their al pastor. So many can do carne asada, as that is very basic! But it takes a skilled chef to make a delicious tasting al pastor. They cook theirs on a rotisserie with a pineapple on top and chip away at the the meat with a "chip" of pineapple in every taco/burrito. They include the salsa and guacamole with the pricing of the food. There's a reason day after day, regardless of which city, they have a line waiting before they even open. I aim to get to their stand half an hour before it opens when I go. They make their tortillas homemade right in front of you before filling with your meat/toppings of choice. These guys have talent! I make it there about twice a month and the flavors and quality are always consistent and never disappointing! Highly recommend! read more

1st time eating at this place at their Fontana location on Slover Ave and my experience was very disappointed. Order some carne asada tacos for my kids and the meat tasted like if it was cooked on raw charcoal. Also as I was paying saw one of the ladies making the Tortillas cleaning off her sweat with the top of her glove and putting her hair back with the same hand, very unsanitary and should be checked out. Let me just start off with I really wanted to like these tacos, I've been to tijuana and had plenty of tacos and these didn't come close. I ordered adobada and asada tacos and a potato. The adobada itself has no flavor, the meat taste burnt. Honestly it looked really good but the taste fell very short. The asada is just salty, when you get all the components (salsas, guacamole, cilantro and onion) all together too salty. We waited for an hr and half and the only thing worth it was the potato. I wanted to try this truck because a lot of people raved about it. I was highly disappointed. I tried the location in Adelanto, but they don't have a Yelp page. It was my first time and last time there. I walked up and all 5 workers looked at me and said nothing. I stood on the side where someone was counting money at a money box and I figured they were still opening up, so I just waited. Still no one said anything to me. I stood there looking at the menu and phone to pass the time. I turned around and Two people were lined up on the other side. Apparently you get your food and then order, which is opposite of every other food truck I've been too. So they let me stand there for 10 minutes and never acknowledged me. I didn't say anything because one I was sick and my voice was funny, but also I felt awkward after being ignored. The person that was counting the money was literally standing in my face and looked at me in the eyes and walked away. They said they were there at 4:30- 11 or something and I was there at 4:30 because I was in the area. I didn't get my food until 5 because they didn't have everything made yet. I got my order and paid and took it home to eat. My Al pastor was burnt and the Asada had too much fat. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. They also don't respond to questions, say they're at locations when they're not there and delete Instagram comments. The food in general was ok, but nothing special. I've had better. I saw this spot on Instagram, and my husband was sold when he saw the potatoes. We're closer to the locations in LA but we were ax throwing 20 minutes from this spot. Online said they were open at 5:30 and we got there at 5:30. There were already a few people in line that clearly had been there for awhile. The gates opened and as we walked in it was clear that 5:30 was not the correct time. We stood in line until 6:30. Around this time is when food started being served; needless to say we were starving and a little irritated that we waited so long. The line was a lot longer and it smelled amazing so we obviously waited. My husband and I shared tacos, a burrito, a potato, and a quesadilla. We wanted to try a bit of everything and see what the hyped was. First of all, the prices are not bad at all, and the portions are legit! Guacamole is FREE and the horchata is on point. The tortillas are homemade in front of you. They have limes, radishes, cucumbers, and peppers with onion to bag yourself. It was well worth the wait. But I think next time we'll hit up the local one at a later time, I hear the opening rush dies down a lot the later it gets. The only thing I didn't really like was the chorizo which tasted a little dry but the asada is amazing. The meats are cooked on a charcoal grill which gives great flavoring.
