Despite a full house, service and time to get food and drinks was excellent! Madeya was our waitress and was so great. I ordered a molcajete, so delicious and enough for 3 people! My new favorite Mexican restaurant!

I typically judge a Mexican restaurant by their chips and salsa quality and this place was great! Fresh chips, salsa was high quality, even spicy version was good. The margaritas were decent and flavorful (not overloaded mix or tequila) The best part of our experience was the Mocajete dish! Mix of shrimp, steak, chicken, cactus, jalapeño, chorizo, amazing cheese... More than enough to share for 2. This was first time I've ever seen or heard of and came recommended from a friend but it was worth it! So fresh, so tasty, and flavorful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will definitely eat here again when in town! :)

I'd definitely driven by had I not done my research prior to coming on vacation. I am here to tell you that Pablito's Taqueria, though it lives in an unsuspecting strip mall, has something for everyone. Parking is a non-issue. Pricing is on point, and dare I say 'cheap' compared to other restaurants in the area? There's a lot of seating options and Pablito's can definitely accommodate any size of group. We stopped in on a rainy Thursday evening, having just gotten into town. The chips and salsa were pretty good-- the salsa was a bit tomato-heavy for my taste. Where as the guacamole was a phenomenal. I will definitely be trying the chunky guac the next time I am in town. Margs were on happy hour ($1 off) on Thursday evenings-- I thought mine was great! I ordered the green chili enchiladas with a cheese sauce as well as rice and beans. Other folks in my party ordered a burrito and tacos... we ALL left satisfied. (Though I will say, DANNNNG. Those refried beans have some kick to them!) This family-owed and operated biz is top notch in my book. Stop in!

It took a few minutes for them to get us drinks and chips. Some of us had more patience than others. But once we ordered, it was worth the wait. I absolutely judge a Mexican restaurant on their chips and salsa--the salsa was perfectly balanced and the chips were thin and crispy. All the members in our party commented on the chips and salsa. The lunch portions were perfect. My husband and I both ordered enchiladas, and they were delicious! He says the ground beef one was better than the shredded chicken. I had chicken, but the verde sauce was a nice addition on top. All in all, we would eat here again. It was delicious!
