I cannot believe the crass and rudeness of the girl who just answered the phone. When someone is sending flowers to an ill loved one at the hospital I don't expect sympathy or even any sort of emotional support. However I do not expect to be given such a hard time to order flowers. I called the hospital they confirmed they accept deliveries from this very florist DAILY. She insisted they only take flowers on certain days = WRONG. And also insisted the flowers on Lily's web page did not come in a green vase, what I was seeing was green stems in a clear vase = WRONG (see picture). I hope I never have to send flowers to the hospital again, but if I do I will not be through Lily's.

I needed flowers in the Ann Arbor area and called Lily's Garden after another florist (a bit too far away) recommended Lily's. On occasions when I bought succulents or floral arrangements, they always turned out beautifully. Ordering online was always easy and the price points were reasonable. When it did finally come to planning a wedding, I worked with UFS owner, Dani, directly. My groom and I met with her for an in-person consultation early in the process, giving her guidelines of our vision and color scheme. With the exception of wanting wisteria, I kept flowers to whatever was in season. Following our consultation, she was readily available by email and worked with us to make our vision come to life. She even visited the venue with us and worked directly with them, since we needed special accommodation for hanging floral chandeliers. The results were stunning! The floral installations in the ballroom sprang to life and guests commented about how stunning the room was and like nothing they have ever seen before. I cannot give Dani a higher recommendation. Her and her hardworking team were a dream! Brides and those simply looking for the perfect arrangement take note and visit UFS!

I was pretty flexible in my requests, wanted primarily for the floral colors to tie into my wedding day as a thematic accent. The staff was responsive throughout the planning process and requested fabric swatches in order to best match the wedding colors. On my big day, I was pleased with the overall effect of the arrangements. The colors were perfect; exactly what I was looking for. They photographed beautifully! I teetered between giving 3 and 4 stars here... I feel like cost/value was reasonable for the product. Unfortunately, I had to remove one star for quality/craftsmanship, as our bouquets were falling apart pretty badly after minimal handling. Several flowers were falling out of the bride bouquet following the ceremony. The stems also came loose from the plastic bases in making simple posing for photographs quite difficult in the end.
