I found myself irritated a little bit when another customer stood blocking my view. When he was done with her, my car shone like a star. Her silver skin glistened from his sweet loving. Even the little wrinkles and lines I never knew existed were sparkling like diamonds. Oh, what curves! My car drove out of there purring like a sex kitten. I own a 2010 Mercedes-Benz E550 Sedan in Black on Black and was looking for a local, high quality detailer in Orange County to correct a few scratches and swirls that I've picked up over the last 2 years. My main objectives were the following: 1. Correct a scar/scratch on the rear passenger side wheel well. 2. Correct some light scratches on the doors and deeper than average swirl marks/spider webbing on the C pillar. 3. Remove some paint over spray and hard water marks. 4. General exterior detail (clay, polish, wax) I researched Yelp (naturally) and came across Angels auto spa and Detailing! I called kam and he was very responsive. I took the car to his place on Thursday afternoon to have him examine the vehicle and provide and estimate. He was confident he could remove the scar, the scratches and the swirl marks with relative ease and no color sanding or serious repair. He took the time to answer all my questions and discuss the products he uses, which are very high quality and well-known name brands. He showed me some pics of an SLS 6.3L AMG that he recently done, and I was sold. We set my appointment for Friday afternoon. he said it would take 4 hours to complete and he would have three guys (including himself) work on it. They detailed the car, These guys are awesome. his team have a 5-star level of customer service and courtesy, and of course quality of work! The car came out fantastic. It was done in the 4 hours as promised and the paint was renewed. All of my objectives were completed, thanks to kam and his crew. The scratches were gone, the scar was gone, the paint over spray and spider webbing were gone. Being relatively new and always garaged, my vehicle still has a good amount of clear coat left and his team preserved that and built it back up. Afterwards, he took the time to show me the 3 main areas I wanted to correct in the sunlight and explained to me what products I would need to maintain the car as well as service intervals. This is one of the many locations I take my car too and their car detailers are very detail oriented.The best car wash! They are fast and detailed. Ive tried so many car washes and have not been happier. I am very pleased:) I first used Angels in 2013 when I bought a truck off ebay before I shipped it back home. The interior of the truck was completely covered in about an inch of sand like the previous owner had parked it in the desert with the windows open and all the black trim pieces looked destroyed by the sun. I dropped it off at Angels to have them shampoo the interior and detail the exterior and the difference was day and night. The interior looked like new and all the sun fading on the black trim pieces was gone they were sparkling just like the paint. The second time I used Angels was on a rental vehicle I had driven off of paved roads a considerable amount to hiking trailheads on dirt and rocky backroads. It was a black Toyota Highlander and plants on the sides of the backroads had basically given it the appearance of being keyed in multiple lines on both sides. I took it to angels the day before returning it in the hope that they could polish out the scratches and when looking it over the order taker expressed doubt because these were very deep scratches. An hour later and the vehicle was scratch free, I really don't know what they did to remove the scratches while polishing it but you could not tell they were ever there. The next time I had a rental Chevy Captiva that I had managed to back into a boulder off road on the black plastic type back bumper. I took it through a Terribles car wash and the scratches on the bumper were incredibly obvious so afterwards I headed over to angels to see what they could do. Once again, Angels put some type of protectant on the trim and the scratches were gone. This place has saved my rear multiple times and saved me who knows how much in damages to rental cars :)) read more

The managers here are really cool. Always in a good mood. These guys do car washes, but they also do smog checks (test only I believe). So I'm going to split my review into two sections... Car Wash. For the car wash, you can get one pretty cheap. If you come looking for a deal, stick to your guns because they will try to up-sell you like crazy. Before you know it you could be spending $300 on a full detail. I came in with a coupon $269 detail for only $169. After he saw how dirty my car was he somehow convinced me to spend the full amount. How did that even happen? My advice is just go in knowing what you want to spend and don't let him talk you into more. To be honest, the full detail I did was not that great. They use really harsh tools to get surface scratches out, but they use them on the whole car so you'll have some swirling going on in the paint. Definitely would not take a nice car here for a wash. Also, the roof was not cleaned at all. That is definitely part of a full detail. If you want a quick car wash for under $15 bucks or so, this place might be fine... Smog check. This guy does a great job. He has an awesome attitude. My car passed no problem. He was quick and got me in & out. He did a visual inspection and helped clean the engine bay while he was at it. Very nice & professional. Highly recommend this place for Smog checks. It's cheap too. I think he matched a coupon that I brought from another place. Great service. read more

They surpassed all service expectations! My car was restored to a brand-spanking new look even if it's 14 years old already. I got this groupon for $99 for full detail last June and guess what, headlights cleaning wasn't included in the package. The surprising thing is they cleaned them profesionally for no added cost. I truly felt they went the extra mile in everything by steamcleaning the floor and mats to kill all the germs lurking around, waxing the exterior until all the nooks and crannies are shiny as new, cleaning the tires and waxing them, making the headlights look impeccably clean, taking the time to explain to us what have been done, and by simply exhibiting good customer service to us by being courteous and finishing the detailing at the appointed time. I had to pay an extra $20 because my car is an SUV and I was more than happy to do so, plus tip to the hardworking detailer. Yes, I would definitely go back for such a great service! read more

I checked out the place because I live just down the street. I had just returned from a camping trip to the Grand Canyon. My car was a MESS! It's a 9 year old black Hyundai. There are lots of scratches and there was a big build-up of crud on the headlights. I bought the Angels service plus headlights. The cost was steep but reasonable. In other words, its not a service you want to buy too often, but when you do, you want it done right. They did steam clean motor top and BOTTOM as well !! steam clean interior clay and wet look mirror wax for exterior. wheel steam clean inside and out wat else i needed. After they finished the work, about 4 1/2 hours later, the car was "LIKE NEW-ish." I wasn't expecting miracles, but this was darn not less than miraculous in how well the car looks today compared to when I brought it in. Thanks Singh !!!!!!!!!!!! Great job guys! I dont have groupon account The owner gave me same deal at counter for premium showroom detail .The owner seems like he really just wants to do a great job that will keep his customers coming back. Regardless of the price (which is Great) I thought that they did a fantastic job and really took their time with my car. When I went back to pick up my car, as it took about 4 hours for an exterior and interior detail, it was beautiful. He shampooed and steam clean the carpets at no extra cost, and the fact that they have a massage chair made me happy. To me, it said that they do the best they can and hope that the customer appreciates it. Everyone is doing their best as part of a team. I will surely be back! I usually do my own detailing work, but when I get stuck or short on time there is only one detailer that I trust with my cars. Angel has a fanatical approach and they treat each car like it was their own. They are highly knowledgeable in detailing and light restoration techniques. Their prices are competitive with other shops but their results are much more consistent. Their chassis and suspension detailing service is the only one I know of in California. A hidden gem. I can't say enough about Singh and this shop. I never would have expected to be reviewing a car wash, but this place is fabulous and it's overly due and much deserved. World class customer service and I'm always 100% pleased with the job these guys do. It's the Nordstroms of car care.
