Very disappointed with how we were treated by the manager…read more Our dogs have been groomed here several times in the past, and we had always planned to continue using this business. Yesterday morning I called to schedule grooming appointments for our dogs. My first call went to a message stating they were either experiencing a high call volume or were closed. I called back 3 more times over the next couple of minutes, but no one answered. I had 2 meeting coming up and would not be available if I left a message After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again and someone answered. I heard "Hello" and that the call was being recorded. I asked if there were any grooming appointments available next week. The manager immediately responded by asking if I was the person who had just called multiple times. I said yes, and before I had a chance to explain that I was simply trying to get through to schedule an appointment, he told me that calling repeatedly was rude and that I would not be receiving any services from them. He then hung up on me. I was surprised by the response and attempted to call back twice to clarify that I was not trying to be rude, but my calls were not answered. Later, my wife called and spoke with the same manager. He stated that he was with a customer and that I should have known that repeatedly calling was rude. I had assumed this was a business line with multiple lines, but we later learned it is actually a cell phone, and I assume he doesn't know that you can silence them. My wife asked to have the owner contact her to discuss the situation, but more than a day later we have still not received a response. Based on this experience and the way the situation was handled, we will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this business to others.

Had the absolute best experience here! This was our first time boarding our dog and we were worried…read moreabout his behavior towards other dogs and people. He is high anxiety and a little aggressive but the owners said it wouldn't be a problem at all and they took him with open arms! After we dropped them off, they spent time bonding with him and playing his favorite game, fetch. They took him for daily walks and played with him. They also sent us pictures and updates. I couldn't be more than happy! When we came to pick up our dog, he was happy to see us but now that he's home, I think he wants to go back! Overall, the owners were wonderful and sweet and took all of our concerns with our dog seriously. They went above and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable but our dog as well! I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

I received a full tour of the facilities (including the spa) and all my questions were answered. What was most impressive to me is that when I informed them that my fur baby is diabetic and received insulin injections 2x daily, they didn't tell me they couldn't accommodate him. Several of the staff members are trained in administering insulin so I was immediately put at ease. The level of service and attention to detail received at Noble Dog Hotel far supersedes my expectations. The staff really does treat your pet as their own! My diabetic dog got sick while there and the staff offered to take him to the vet and checked on him all the while he was there. My other dog is a staffordshire pup with a TON of energy. They are very patient with him and I never feel uncomfortable with how he's handled. I highly recommend Noble Dog Hotel. It's a definite gem in Greenville!!

I appreciate that the groomers understand the GSD coats and have never attempted to cut their fur (that would be a mess). I always add the nail grind to their bath appointments and they've come home without any issue (due to their size, we've had groomers in the past be rough and hurt their legs). We also enjoy the option to drop them off for a half or full day of daycare--they are usually totally worn out after a 6 hour half day. I don't worry about them when they are at Noble Dog, but I do enjoy checking in on the cameras. I appreciate their updates when we pick them up at the end of the day, it is funny how social they can be when we are away!
