    Amazing trainer ! Very professional and knowledgeable, he definitely knows what he is doing, he told me exactly what to eat, what to avoid, the workouts are excellent and the best part of it are the results, very soon I saw why I need it to eat what he said, not only improves your body but your mood and posture. I totally recommend Angelo, I had other personal trainers but he is just simply the best.

    I saw a picture of one transformation from one of his client on the web, and I was shocked on how dramatically he made this guy changed. At that point I contacted him because I wanted to be next, and after 2 months of Angelo training me I see the same thing happening to me! He is not just a trainer, he is a phenomenal lifestyle coach. He helps me stay motivated and hungry to see more results! His nutrition program is easy to follow and helps burn fat while minimizing muscle loss... I know the best is yet to come! I have now finished my 3 month training with Angelo so I decided to go back to this review, add pictures and most importantly I want everyone to know he is really an amazing trainer! Angelo will help you with your nutrition, and exercise. He will adjust everything as you go so nothing looks imposible to do! He customizes the nutrition to your fit your daily routine and he will work with your schedule. These are things I know other trainers are too busy to do! As well as he will invest time in asking you how you're feeling with the new routine he gives you, energy level etc. To me Angelo made a big difference in my life, and I hope I can continue to work with him, he shared so much knowledge and has a sense of humor! Angelo gave me back my confidence and I feel comfortable in my bikini again, and I hadn't felt like that since before I got pregnant! I have recommended Angelo to all my friends!

    I rarely write reviews, but I do feel I need to take the time to write about Angelo. He is an awesome trainer! After working with other trainers, I finally found a perfect fit. Angelo is not only a professional, but he is patient, and goes above and beyond to help you successfully reach your fitness goals. He genuinely takes his job and clients seriously, and always suggests new workouts to keep things fun. I must say he will kick your butt, but it will totally be worth it. Angelo customized my workout by starting with the core, then weights, and finally balancing series. This full body workout is what I needed to get fit. If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Angelo. He is the right person for the job! Here are my result after the initial 90 day program Angelo created for me. I want to thank Angelo for believing in me when I didn't even believe in myself! For all your support and all your patience, for helping me become a better version of myself and giving me confidence about my figure! I am a healthier person thanks to your nutritional guidance, I've more energy and enjoy going to the gym. You're a truly awesome person and a super trainer!     Angelo is truly an amazing trainer. I stuck to his workout routine and meal plan he had made for me and it has made such a big difference. I lost 20lbs in 3 months! I actually never thought in a million years I would see him in person at my gym, but there he was . He saw me using the app and came over and said hi. He told me he still trained at a gym under Sunset Towers and Sunset and offered a free couple sessions to help keep figure out my workout plan and path. I've been training with him for two years now and it's sometimes the singular thing I really can look forward To in a hard week . His app and his workouts are the best . I'm the leanest and strongest I've ever been and he has crafted me into my personal feminine ideal. I have my booty and my curves BUT not the unneeded body fat lol. Every session is different and we target different muscles and different ways to pinpoint them . He is very specific and detailed in my legs especially and knows every exercise in the world seemingly at this point . We laugh a lot and talk about just about anything - that helps me to be distracted through a lot of the strenuous stuff . It's like I've figured out my life and body at the same time haha Adam as many know requires accountability . On days we don't train I usually have assignments to do on my own . He either checks them on the app or in person by asking me for a text update . He also checks on my diet and nutrition weekly and at the start daily . He has instilled a level of confidence, discipline and pride that I never had before and it bleeds into everything I do, relationships and especially my business.      In the first two years I lost 20 pounds and had my body fat percent down to a consistent 13-14 on a hydrostatic from a high of 26 percent . The best part is I worked my ass off to get there BUT I maintained it for the next five years as almost an afterthought. Adam instilled the habits and kept on me to keep pushing through adversity and change in my personal life. He does my nutrition , programming and uses the app to make sure I do basically the same workouts we do, but on my own.      Adam also is known for checking in ..... A LOT!  Almost every day I hear from him . Maybe that's because we are basically family now, but he just cares so much and wants you to be your best you. When you join you get an eval with a physiotherapist, who then meets with the trainers to determine where you, specifically, need to start building strength. I have never in my life been stronger and we even healed a high school knee injury and a recent disc injury. Sessions are efficient and intensive, 30 min (but you can double up for a 60). For semi private, one trainer guides 3 people doing their own program, so it's completely custom and very hands on re: form, etc. The owners, Wayne and Stephen, have created an amazing program and vibe: Supportive, AUTHENTICALLY positive, with trainers who know what they're doing and are so personable. I have never felt unsafe, even as I advance to things I've never done before. Highly HIGHLY recommended.

My partner and I signed up together to work out at Virtuo, it's been an amazing experience so far. From the very beginning, Brandon (the owner) was super attentive and really took the time to understand what we needed as a couple training together. Great energy and very professional. And can we talk about our trainer?! Huge, huge shoutout to Wolf! He's the best. Super attentive, crazy knowledgeable, and somehow makes working out actually fun. A little inspiration never hurts, right? I was a long time runner who found myself completely disheartened after multiple hip surgeries and other orthopedic issues. After graduating from PT, I had a hard time finding my way back to exercise with the right method. I felt lost about how to workout without fear or pain and was looking for a solution but, really - I guess I was looking for Thaddeus. He treated my process like an exciting project that we shared which made the whole experience feel like an adventure! As patient and encouraging as he is, he doesn't cut much slack! Before I knew it, my workouts felt like a second job. I often referred to him as an exercise dictator and tried to threaten him with my pointy shoe collection, but he insisted that barefoot shoes were best for my issues. No matter how much I put up a fight, I knew he really believed in me and that was everything. Thad was really invested in my injury recovery and genuinely cared about seeing me doing what I love again without pain. He also helped me discover new types of exciting workouts, which took the pressure off of being a runner again right away. He always goes above and beyond and even spent time experimenting with some of the new techniques with me, which made me feel less alone on the journey. Thanks to him, I was able to finish a 10mile race strong; the first one since my hip surgeries 4 years ago. I am much stronger and in less pain.     TRAINING WITH THADDEUS, 12 WEEKS TO TRANSFORMATION…read more At age 60, I believe--conveniently--- in the continual process of regeneration. This somehow worked to my favor recently as I emerged from a decade-long Dark Age, a seemingly endless period of inactivity and exhaustion brought on by thyroid autoimmune disease, Epstein Barr Virus, anemia, and arthritis. A total knee replacement three years prior did not result in pain-free walking. At too young an age I found myself wondering if I would ever feel good, energetic, and nimble again. This illness debilitated me, ended my very successful career, and limited my social activities including all thoughts of sex. I felt sad and over time grudgingly adapted to bad health by finding slower, smaller, quieter ways to find joy. Early in my physical breakdown, it occurred to me that I could heal myself with a correct diet, and I hired a brilliant private chef/nutritionist/teacher: I subsequently spent years developing a personal diet and supplementation plan that stabilized me. Then a surprising 2021 end-of-year blood panel showed relatively normal results (!) and inspired me to imagine and shoot for.... regeneration! In February 2022 I began a process to test and extend my physical limits: I decided to dust-off my weights, gather all my equipment, find a trainer and begin to get strong again. I found Thaddeus via an online search for nearby private trainers. Thaddeus was based at a gym a mere three blocks from my apartment, earned strong, positive reviews, and at my request, agreed to give an intro session at my home. Smiling face, handsome guy at the door. It was an excellent first session based on his assessment of my (lack of) fitness. He asked good questions, gave good explanations, patiently identified the muscle groups in focus, encouraged bravery and focus especially for those final reps, and was respectful. It was clear he was also well- studied in musculature. I liked his intelligence. Without hesitation I purchased a 20 session package and began training a week later. That first week was the only "one-session week" with Thaddeus: My unexercised body clearly needed the discipline of a structured session twice a week, and it responded quickly. Thad gave me homework and expected me to confirm nightly that the structural work was complete. Within the first 6 weeks, I became stronger, more agile, my knee pain was mostly gone and my glorious endorphins had kicked in. My "chi" roared back into high energy. After many sessions, I would imagine that bolts of energy were shooting out from my fingers. I felt restored very quickly, and without injury. I went through a physical and mental transformation within weeks that was palpable to me and confirmed by others. I am still transmitting my new energy to my world: Friends say they feel a new positive power emanating from me. The pounds dropped off---14 pounds in 12 weeks. I know that there is no way I could have achieved this alone. I had the right trainer at the right time. Thank you Thaddeus. I think it's important to express my gratitude to this person who gave me life-changing help, and to the universe which illuminated a potentially strong partnership for me. Thad is a great teacher and trainer, and I'm a good student. I feel lucky, and intend to train with him for a long time.

Every dish is full of flavor and everything is made with the most nutritious vegetables. Here knowledge on food is incredible. In a short period of time I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels , my mood, my daily digestive, my skin and nails and my overall appearance. After the second or third month of Victoria cooking I started training with her. She has a wide range of workouts which makes it fun.
