I was pleasantly surprised when Bailee streamlined the process without any pressure. She also offered me free trials of membership benefits like the red light therapy and the brand new cold plunge! Bailee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in deciding on how to proceed with my membership choices in a non committal way like I wanted. Another gentleman (I think his name was Brad) gave us a tour and was very respectful of the limited amount of time I had to spend on the tour. A great part about Mountainside fitness is that they allow 12-year-olds to join so that means my daughter can come with me! I could not find another gym in the area that allows children under 13 to attend so I was really pleased at this privilege. I also liked that all the memberships allow you to go to any location.!
