As the raptor walked around the market, two handlers proceeded to talk about the dinosaur. They all did tricks. They put on a fun show. The dinosaurs is similar to one of those inflatable dinosaur Halloween costumes, but much better quality. I could see this group being a huge hit at children's birthday parties, school assemblies, or other event for yound children. They can also be hired to pull pranks on people. Dino themed merch was available for purchase at a booth they had at the farmer's market. Another dinosaur was in their truck. We only saw the one walking around the market during our visit.

All seating was out in the patio area and it was filled up if I remember correctly. There may have been a few open tables. We ordered 1 drink each and then went to the next spot. The cocktails come in a Christmas themed mug. One friend ordered a beer so that just came in a normal cup. My other friend ordered a tequila sprite but they put that in a mug. Joshua contacted me the same day and stated that they had availability then sent me a questionaire about the event which I promptly filled out and returned to him. Joshua confirmed he received the questionairre. On Saturday 5/5/18, Joshua sent a credit card authorization form to fill out. I responded that I would send the form back first thing on Monday morning since our office is closed on weekends and I didn't have the company credit card with me. He replied that that was fine and to call Patty at 855-750-7464 once I had returned the credit card auth form so she could promptly run the card and send us a receipt. First thing on Monday I did exactly as Joshua instructed me to do. Patty called me back and seemed extremely confused about who I was and what event I was calling about. She stated that she "can't access the credit card auth," but that she would have someone else access the inbox to run the card. I asked Patty if she was sure everything was set to go for our event the next day as she seemed unsure about it. She assured me that all was well. I never heard from anyone again, nor did I receive said receipt. The day of the event which was this morning at 9am, no one ever arrived. We stalled our nurses until after 10am hoping that the singing telegram person would show up. I called the company at least 10 times as well as emailing. I received no response. Our nurses day celebration was completely ruined. It's now 11am and we have not heard a word from Singing Telegrams for You. We will NEVER use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.
