Most times I've waited over an hour in the lobby for an appointment that had been scheduled previously or have had my appointment cancelled the day before and had to wait another month before seeing her. Also, I've had emergency issues regarding my skin and have had no way to speak with her directly. Also, while administering filler she overfilled my face, for months she dodged accountability by telling me I wasn't properly caring for it, only to later finally concede and end up dissolving the filler which made it much better. I've been to a ton of derms in the city who upsell everything. Here, I just had my skin exam, they gave me some recommendations, and I was done in 30 minutes. They have amazing availability (my appointment was at 730am). There was 1 person ahead of me but I had no wait. I filled out a quick survey on an iPad for medical history. Lara did my skin exam and she was super thorough and I felt really comfortable asking her questions and asking her to check different spots. Elizabeth was really helpful in writing down all the recommendations and explaining how to use the recommendations with my current skin routine. Btw their recommendations were mostly prescription products not the skincare products that other derms get commissions for selling. Scheduling was amazing (they have a texting system). I always procrastinate my annual skin exam and usually skip it because I hate scheduling and waiting at doctors' offices, but Schweiger Derm made it so easy and fast. Love this practice and will def be back.

I see 12 dermatologists per weekday, and Dr. Nazarian is one of the kindest, most caring physicians I have met. So, if you have anything negative to say, I would suggest attempting to contact her directly, as I am sure that she would insure the best service, and most satisfaction out of any patient she sees! Now for my personal review: Dr. Nazarian is truly one in a million. I am one of her representatives and I visit her monthly to bring her samples and information from my company. Every time that I am there she takes the time to always ask how I am doing and genuinely cares how I am actually doing. I got married in a October and had some minor skin issues during my visit to Dr. Nazarian, a week before my wedding. She immediately sprung into action to help my skin to be perfect for my wedding day and for this I will forever be grateful. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. One is, so I can't even book until I provide a doctor's note. I could've done that weeks ago, and I would've just bought a 50% off package with the holiday deals and booked my first session if I didn't need to first come in for a 3 minute consult. The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. The location really is convenient and I prepared for many weeks for the treatments, so this is highly disappointing.
