We went to the 3rd floor to meet up with everyone else. It was a very spacious area with different pieces of furniture. The couches were very comfortable. The dining area was nice too with a fridge of drinks to buy through self-checkout. There's a machine that accepts card for the drinks and snacks. I like how there's a glass wall that separates the business side to the leisure side of the room. On the business side, it has rolling chairs and nice tables to study or do work on. We were unable to use to the office during those months and Quest automatically renewed our lease and provided tenants with NO options other than "apply for a PPP loan". This is my opinion is just bad business. Auto renewing a lease during a stay at home order without even a phone call? Never the less we paid for the next six months without using the building. We move out and they charge an $800 restoration fee and we still haven't received our deposit back and we moved out three months ago. Never again!

Anyway, I passed by earlier this week to do a remote training for Microsoft Excel. It was either this office or one downtown, and well, this one was closer. The course lasted the majority of a workday, with three breaks (the largest one being when we broke for lunch). In terms of the class, I felt it was very productive. I did find the set-up strange though as I imagined I would share my class in person with more people. Turns out I was alone in a room with a hook-up to speak to my teacher and 20+ other students from around the US. The setting was comfortable. Chair made it easy to focus, as did the equipment. I would definitely tell people to take a course here if it's with the ONLC. My only thing is that I wish I had gone on a day when the staff at the reception desk were more friendly. Don't mistake me - the woman was nice, yes, but when I filled out my course evaluation and realized that most people point you to the bathroom from the beginning, my opinion changed. Truth is I had to ask where the bathroom was rather than being shown upon arrival. That just seemed lazy to me. Funny thing about the bathroom, too... you need a code to get in. Regardless, it was a good day, so I wouldn't be opposed to returning if need be.

ReadySpaces has gone to the dogs since they let go of Azahy, who was amazing and cared. I've lost…read moretwo more packages and the management (Josh) doesn't give a dam. I've been patient too many times for packages lost, mail not distributed, lack of security and many other issues. The owners won't respond. They are content with having a rude, vial V.P. of Operations that justifies everything that they do wrong. I complained to him about my lost packages and his response is that it's not his responsibility - that ReadySpaces is "self-service" and they don't have to receive packages for the tenants... These are his words in an email to me: "Where you seem to decide I don't care is when you blame ReadySpaces for a package missing and I, in turn, tell you that I understand the frustration but it is not our responsibility." I've complained about the mail not getting picked up and distributed in mail slots that were put there - again, his answer... "we don't sort mail for our tenants". Mail delivered by USPS sits in the mailboxes until days later it's finally brought inside and all of it is dropped on a table (no sorting). The biggest issue at ReadySpace is upper management. They got rid of an amazing manager for no apparent reason. The current manager is helpful but it's obvious that her hands are tied and is guided to not go out of her way to help! I've had it with the VP's rude and unprofessional behavior... He mistreated me today as I've seen him be rude to other tenants. In his own word "he doesn't believe in customer service". I'll be looking for another place to go and my $24,000+ yearly rent to ReadySpaces will be gone as well. - There has been no consideration from ReadySpaces about the great tenants we have been for almost 3 years. She constantly goes above and beyond to make sure we have all our needs met, when we have had issues (electrical) she has always tried to resolve them quickly. She constantly is cleaning and organizing and I believe that is way outside her scope..but she does it with pride. The owners should be glad to have Azahy as thier glue, because if not, the place would be a disaster. The owners lack of follow thru is frustrating but the manager always eases the issue and ultimately gets stuff done. The equipment ( forklift and pallet jacks) are ok, we feel the equipment can be Improved and if the manager had help, the place would be amazing
