And there is a parking lot right under the office location (same building) which makes that very convenient and shelters you from walking in the rain and heat! You have to pay for it but that's normal anywhere you go in Miami. We do tend to have to book a room for more people than in our group for the added space but we have identified a couple offices that work for us and we stick with those. Very clean and professional - not a lot of loud noise, no one bothers you and it's easy to set up computers to monitors etc. Our group has been enjoying this space.

Offices are clean, conference rooms of all different sizes can be booked, and they have large monitors that are pretty easy to get your computer connected to. Its very important to note, the Giralda Place parking garage accesses two SEPARATE We Work locations (one on Giralda, and one on Ponde de Leon). I was told you cannot access the Giralda one from the Ponce entrance so keep that in mind as youre parking. The garage is also pretty expensive if you want to park for a full workday, $16 for 8 hours.

That kitchen room table in the picture, next to the microwaves and the coffee machine? That's the whole thing for a "seat". There are 7 chairs stuffed into that table, and there will be people eating their lunch, talking loudly in the VERY ECHO-ey kitchen area that you will be INSIDE of. There isn't another table, that one is it. There are about 4 other chairs scattered in the lobby and, believe it or not, a single chair directly next to the bathroom. Like, in the bathroom breezeway arm's length from the men's room door. Monthly $240 and parking is $4/hour, no monthly passes available. Who on earth would take this deal?

It's amazing how many times I've driven near this building and never even bothered giving it more…read morethan a cursory glance. Anyway, I passed by earlier this week to do a remote training for Microsoft Excel. It was either this office or one downtown, and well, this one was closer. The course lasted the majority of a workday, with three breaks (the largest one being when we broke for lunch). In terms of the class, I felt it was very productive. I did find the set-up strange though as I imagined I would share my class in person with more people. Turns out I was alone in a room with a hook-up to speak to my teacher and 20+ other students from around the US. The setting was comfortable. Chair made it easy to focus, as did the equipment. I would definitely tell people to take a course here if it's with the ONLC. My only thing is that I wish I had gone on a day when the staff at the reception desk were more friendly. Don't mistake me - the woman was nice, yes, but when I filled out my course evaluation and realized that most people point you to the bathroom from the beginning, my opinion changed. Truth is I had to ask where the bathroom was rather than being shown upon arrival. That just seemed lazy to me. Funny thing about the bathroom, too... you need a code to get in. Regardless, it was a good day, so I wouldn't be opposed to returning if need be.

It was our fault I guess for entering the mall from an entrance that wasn't the specific WeWork entrance off of the street. We had a room booked on a Thursday and two booked on Friday. The gentleman who helped us with the check-in process was friendly and actually helped us get into a room before our actual start time. He took us up there to scan us in so that was a nice display of good customer service. Our rooms were clean and overall had great views of downtown/Brickell. Our only complaint was that for the most part of the day on Friday, there was no coffee available (including other floors that my coworker tried) which was a bummer.

I've been a wework member for 5 years and have been to wework locations all over the world. This is…read morethe worst experience I've ever had. I was harassed by the receptionists Edmond Franco and Natalia Espinal. Our group was blamed for the actions of someone else who was not part of our group. Additionally, we were given a warning and were threatened to have our memberships canceled for staying past 11:59 PM, something which has never been an issue at any other wework. We were discriminated against and they stopped me and asked for my name to verify I was a member when I had scanned my card to enter the building. This has never happened to me in the past. I was required to book an empty meeting room that we were in, every other wework I have been to has zero issue with members using unoccupied meeting rooms. No one else was questioned about why they were in a meeting room, we were disgustingly singled out. They came back in 30 minutes after the meeting room booking had expired, they interrupted our work session and made us book again. I booked it and showed it to them and they remark in a snarky tone "how long?". I was not able to get any work done and was deeply bothered by the treatment we received. There are dozens of unoccupied meeting rooms and many other people using meeting rooms. They did not go through every room and make sure the people there had it booked, let alone every 30 minutes. We were singled out, they bothered us and interrupted our important work. We were not bothering anybody, we are sitting in a meeting room discussing company business and they barge in and make us rebook it. Let me clarify again, there are dozens of unoccupied meeting rooms at this location and nobody else was questioned.

Everyone is greeted and made to feel at home which is awesome. Many different types of companies that are working here and sharing the premises like a big happy family, which is very cool. I came to visit Phillip at Gateway Media and Films here, to have him work on some video footage for me. Phillip is awesome and if you have any podcast, video or film related work you can certainly give him a call at 305-259-6022. I am sure he would I'll take great care of you and he knows what he is doing with 28+ years of experience as well. From what I can tell they have various office spaces available at this VentureX dedicated and shared which is great and very affordable if you don't need a dedicated secure office for your line of work. They have conference rooms and a very cozy shared lounge area that works great if you are visiting with clients and discussing possible business opportunities or internal business meetings. There is also a coffee station, vending machines and microwave station available in the kitchen if you would like some coffee for yourself and your customers. As a customer, Phillip and I have had some nice conversations over a free cup of coffee or a hot latte which is always great. Internet seems to be great in the facility as well, which is a hard requirement nowadays for day to day work activities. Overall, the owners are really doing a great job at this VentureX workspace facility. Hey, I like it so much I may want to open one of these businesses as well! I love the concept!
