He seems to have…read morestarted buying auction cars and instead of checking them out and making them safe and usable he sells them without checking them out or doing anything at all. After 3 months of promises and no car. Lucky thing it quit running after 3 days when I found a fluid leak had eat out the brake pads and ball joints but I still need a car. He did the same to a poor lady in Agra, the car didn't even make it home. Please don't take your business to him.

Made an appt to…read moredrop the truck off yesterday morning (Friday) at 10 am for a simple oil change, called to check in at 2:45 and they were just starting and said they would need about 45 min more. Went to the dealership at 3:30 and they said to give them another 30 min. Keep in mind they close at 5. Never got 1 phone call. I had to go check in for my pre- op at the hospital in Tulsa and had to be there by 4:45. I figured i would at least get a phone call from the dealership telling me the truck was done. Nope! Nothing! So next day (Saturday) Got a break at work at 10:30 and went to check and the truck was sitting outside. I still hadn't received a phone call. Keep in mind they close at 12 on Saturdays. Guess they were just going to let the truck sit there til Monday. $94.38 later and a full 24 hours finally got the truck back. I can get the works in Tulsa for $70 or less. Just ridiculous. I do not recommend Quality Ford in Cushing and will not be going back!
