The issue was he had us walk all over to find an atm that worked just to send a text asking if I had cash app. I was irritated with having to walk on a time crunch when it could have been prevented. I was giving him the cash and he asked if I received a text. I said, "yes, after I walked and got the cash already." He took it as me having attitude and backed out of the original deal he offered us. He agreed for us to put half down and make payments and then told us to get out of the shop, he's closed, and until I had the full amount, the car would have to sit there. 3 people in my household use that vehicle for work. I used my last money to get an uber and he knew it. He left us stranded there. He took his stress and frustration of previous customers out on us unnecessarily. I had to scrounge money for an Uber, call family to help with getting the vehicle out, spent $60 in Uber fees, and was 3 hrs late to work. My son also had to call an Uber to go to work because the owner can't control his anger. Poor management skills! Neither my partner or I raised our voice, cussed at him or was angry. I was frustrated that I had to waste time to walk if he was willing to take cash app from the start in that situation. We were repeat customers and he has previously been good to us and we even hunted him down to make payments to ensure he had them. Now, I'll never use him again or recommend him after what he put my family through. All bc others haven't paid him on time and he "has 7 kids to feed". Maybe take care of the customers that HAVE been good to your business and you wouldn't be in this situation. Definitely needs lessons on business management and communication.

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

I tried calling the shop to speak with Chris 8 times within 3 week. I was told by his wife that she was giving him my messages but she wasnt sure why he hadn't returned my call. so finally I drove from Tulsa to Cushing to speak to Chris and just as I turned into his shop he called an said my truck was read. I asked how much he said $8,988.00 I returned and paid Chris. I left the shop headed home when my Truck started Smoking and blowing white smoke. I called Chris he said it will be fine by the time I get home. It never stopped Smoking & cutting off. I took my truck Peterbuilt because Chris didn't know why it wasn't running right. He said shouldn't have taken my truck to Peterbuil. I was told by pete that some of the work J&K did wasn't right. Peterbuilt kept my truck for 6 months trying to figure out what was going on. When they took my head off they said the head was bad. I informed them that J&K installed a new head. They said it's no way a new head was installed. I reached out to Chris again by email to see where he purchased the head. no response. I had the same friend reach out. no respons. Now I have to pay 9k more for another head job. I don't recommend this place.
