I even volunteer helped control car traffic for them as we live close to an intersection while they chopped down the nuisance Maple Tree. That tree should have never been planted had landscapers used common sense long ago in a new subdivision, and they made other poor judgment calls like placing cheap cedar hedges between front of homes that grow monstrous tall to spawn roof moss, excessive law shade, poor street visibility, etc. dah! I even gave their business card to a new renter 7 months later, as he too made inquiries to be shocked at high fees from others. We had no real knowledge, he walked around with us and pointed out which ones may be a problem now and in the next few years. He like how he gave us pointers on what to do about trees that didn't get enough light. When we got our quote the price was very reasonable. It would have cost a little less to rent a chipper ourselves but then we would have had to do all the labour. So worth itself!! He came back the next week and took one tree down and chipped a huge pile of tree and shrub branches my husband had taken down prior to. He was a pleasure to deal with.
