Amazing service! Quick and timely, I did have to call ahead and let them know I needed a flat tow due to my AWD as my roadside service always puts my car as FWD for some reason. This did delay about 45 minutes until a truck could be dispatched, but understandable as it is a specialty service. Definitely reliable and will use again! read more

Andy was amazing, he showed up about 30 minutes before the estimate said he would arrive, tested my battery, jumped it, replaced it and even got a great commercial deal on it. Pricing was reasonable, he was quick and communicative and reiterated several times to call him or text if I run into any other issues. It sounds like there has been some turnover with staffing and Andy is committed to ensuring the company is providing great service. read more

Driver was very fast to get to the destination, very friendly Would recommend doing more business

This is the second time Andy has helped and once again he was very fast , very friendly, just absolutely the best towing experience . His vibe and amazing attitude brightened my day! Highly recommended. read more

1) they won't keep you informed 2) over 2.5 hour delay at best I don't recommend this read more

DO NOT CONSIDER FOR ANY SERVICE My daughter left her lights on in vehicle and and needed a jump. I arrived on site and called Allstate. They contracted Andy's for the jump and after diagnosing he told me the battery was completely dead and he offered to sell me one and install for $390. He told me the battery would cost me $290 anyway. I considered it because my daughter's musical, that she was acting in, had started. I decided to buy battery myself (for $220) and missed my daughter's show. After the show finished a parent told me to try his portable jumpstarter and it started the car immediately. Car battery is still running perfectly days after. A company who's purpose is to help people and instead tries to takes advantage of them has no part in this service industry. Especially that my daughter may need roadside help in the future and Allstate may contract them again and take advantage of my daughter or even worse, leave her stranded. read more

no call no show. left me hanging. poor performance. had to call someone else Wasted my time

Waited 1.5 hours and didn't call until the end of the ETA window. Left a message, no call back. Called again no answer. Ridiculous service, especially when someone is stranded and waiting for help. Do better. read more

I have used Andys Roadside service for a flat tire, jump start and for a car to be towed several times over the past year. The response has always been quick and service is always high quality at a fair and competitive price! read more

Leaving this review on behalf of my sister Cheryl (from Morningside St.) -who is an electronic dork. She received service from your company on Wednesday, September 16th for a replacement battery. The young man that assisted her was great. He brought back a brand new battery and installed it right away. Great service! Thank you so much! read more

Prompt, communicative, and friendly upon arrival - all the things you'd want in a towing experience. I was able to track the estimated time through my insurance website, and he arrived on the early end of the ETA. Although I was towing my car to be sold, I like that they took time to see what the problem was and let me know it could be a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. He had to actually get under the hood and manually adjust my gear shift so we could reverse the car and he could load it on the truck. He also called upon completion of delivery and let me know where he left it (and also answered the phone right away about a half hour later when I forgot what he said even though he had just told me). My insurance company assigned this tow service, so I feel lucky everything worked out as well as it did. Hopefully, there are no more tows in my near future, but I would be happy to be assigned Andy's if need be. read more

Wonderful service! was quoted arrival time in an hour and they came in less than 10 minutes it was super impressive. Would recommend to anyone in need of roadside assistance. Thank you all so much! read more

Andy was great! He helped me with a lockout and also gave my car a jump start. He was fast, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. Great service and very reliable. I definitely recommend Andy's Roadside Service! read more

Quick and super friendly. Couldn't ride with them which was kinda a bummer. That's the only reason I didn't rate it any higher but, overall great experience. read more

There were organizational issues with my insurance company and Andy's towing. But Farris finally showed up and told me the type of battery I needed because it was absolutely fried. Turns out autozone sold me the wrong type of battery for my car. Waiting 2 hours was absurd though & frustrating. Farris wasn't able to jumpstart my car but the towing company that came afterwards was able to do it! Idk what's wrong with Farris's car. read more

Maybe remove roadside service from your name. You were given a 45 minute to an hour window to jump a battery. A task that takes 5-10 minutes tops. Regardless of scheduling Your complete lack of communication after calling multiple times regarding something as simple as an ETA really shows the quality of your company. Switch your name to Andy's roadside absence , so you then won't be false advertising. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Here's a polished version of your review: Very bad experience. The customer service was terrible. They kept giving me different arrival times, never showed up, and didn't answer my calls. They told me to wait 27 minutes, but they still never came. I ended up waiting for an hour and a half. This was a horrible experience, and I will never contact or use this company again. I do not recommend their service. read more

Outstanding Roadside Assistance - Fast, Friendly, and Reliable! I recently found myself locked out of my car and needed quick roadside assistance. Andy's Roadside Service was dispatched to help, and I couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment I received updates via text, I felt reassured that help was on the way. Their estimated arrival window was between 3:03 PM and 3:33 PM, which suggested an hour to an hour and a half wait. but to my pleasant surprise, they arrived even earlier! The technician who assisted me was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient--getting me back on the road in no time. The real-time tracking links and status updates were incredibly helpful, giving me peace of mind throughout the process. I highly recommend Andy's Roadside Service to anyone in need of fast and reliable roadside assistance. If you ever find yourself locked out of your car (like I was), this is the service to call! Thank you, Andy's Roadside Service, for turning a frustrating situation into a smooth and hassle-free experience! read more

Battery jump in 20 seconds... nice and polite... fast and efficient thank you came to my house in ten minutes...and service with a smile

car wouldn't start. We needed a battery or jump. Called USAA who has a contract with them. We were on antrip outside of a restaurant. 2 1/2 hours later and they haven't shown even though we received text messages saying 60 minutes, 30 mins, 15, 18. Called and call went to voice message. It's dark, street people. Called USAA again. Said they would try another business. read more

Andy's roadside service was dispatched through my insurance for a lockout. I appreciated that he arrived earlier than ETA and that he unlocked my car in less than a minute. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you! read more

Great courteous service. Called to let us know they'd be a bit late. Tow went smoothly. Sorry some people had negative experience, but our tow went perfect. We would recommend based on the friendly service. read more

Arrived in under 15 minutes to jump my car! Taught me how to unlock my hidden lock in an emergency too! Great, valuable service!

I "WOULD NOT, WOULD NOT, ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WOULD NOT" recommend Andy's Roadside Service to anyone !! He sold me a $300+ battery for which he said had 3-year warranty and if there were any issues with the battery within the 3-year timeframe he would replace it. The battery failed within a few months. I've repeatedly called the number listed for his business to request a replacement battery or a refund and he never responded to any of my repeated calls My experience with this roadside service was one of dishonesty and taking advantage of me as a customer. read more

Very quick! App said I will take about 1 hour, it only took 25 mins! Keep up the good times

Dishonest. Paid in cash ($325) for battery and was told a receipt will be mailed back. That never happened. In 5 months car dies. Called the company about warranty but they never answer. If they do, they say they will call back, but don't. Stay away from this company. read more

Andy was beyond kind and went out of his way to help tow my vehicle. highly recommend! Worth every penny!

My second time being dispatched to Andy's roadside assistance by my insurance for a tow. And once again, I've had to cancel the tow because Andy decides he will run on his time and accepts jobs even when his drivers aren't available. If you ever get dispatched to Andy services for your towing needs, cancel the request and a request somebody else OR ELSE you too will wait over 3 hours for no updates. God forbid someone has to rely on this company for a real emergency. read more

I request roadside assistance through USAA for my dead battery. I was told at 6:40 that the estimated wait time was 30-60 mins. Not bad. At 8:00 still haven't heard from the servicer, tried to call multiple times and the number just does straight to voicemail. I reach out to USAA and they say another hour. Then what was the last 1.5 hours for? I'm still waiting have asked for a call from the provider to confirm they are on the way. No response, number still goes to voicemail. Avoid this service provider at all costs, not professional, not timely, not communicative. Will update if they ever arrive or contact me. UPDATE: they never came or contacted me. read more

If you ever need a tow or excellent customer service, this isn't the roadside service you're looking for. Requested a receipt for a cash transaction in regards to a tow, called at 2:49pm this afternoon for this request, and was brusquely told that they were closed. Really amusing to answer a phone during alleged closed hours. Had to escalate this to my car insurance as for some reason they had referred me to them when I needed my car transported to the auto shop. Tow was late by an hour. If you can't complete the request in a timely, efficient manner, don't accept the job. :) read more

This man sold me a bad battery with a 3 year warrantee for $393 which failed within one month and has failed to respond to any of my calls, which have been numerous, over the past 3 weeks. I understand Andy is the sole owner of this business. the number on his business card is not a legitimate number. the only way for me to try to reach him was through my Roadside assistance company. They have been able to reach him but they can't make him respond. Stay away from this guy. read more

I would not recommend this person to anyone, especially if you're relying on them in a time-sensitive or critical situation. I was stranded on the side of the road, and he repeatedly assured me he was on his way. Hours passed, and it became clear he was not being truthful. It eventually got dark, leaving me feeling unsafe and completely abandoned. What made this experience even worse was his dishonesty throughout the ordeal. If you choose to engage with this individual, be prepared for the possibility of being left in the lurch. He did not follow through on his promises, and that kind of unreliability can be dangerous in certain situations. Terrible experience overall. I hope others don't have to go through something similar. I would not recommend this person to anyone, especially if you're relying on them in a time-sensitive or critical situation. USAA used this service to get our battery jumped. They told us up to 85 minutes and continued to update until they didn't show up. Calling the phone number 619-900-8095 went straight to vm. This means we had to start ALL OVER with a request with USAA wasting 90 minutes of our time and having to wait again. This is poor service. read more

Stranded on the side of the road. Was told tow truck would arrive in an hour. 2 hours later no truck and no one answers the phone when I call for an update. Nearly three hours waiting I get a text saying they can't do the job, with no other explanation. This is in a metro area with dozens of tow companies within 10 miles. Inexcusable. I suspect they got a call for a higher paying job and just dropped mine. If you're not going to show up, at least have the decency to call me so I can call another company who will. read more
