I needed someone to come onsite and verify there is no active infestation. I was told they won't do that; they will only send someone to do an inspection if it's to get a quote for services. I had called the local 928 number, but was routed to a call center somewhere so I asked to speak with someone in the local office. They would not transfer me to the local office. Four months later, the house is not sealed. We are still getting mice and mouse shit in the house and the TN rep disappeared after the second service.
